How are you all my dear friends I hope you all are well and I am also well although we have had very bad weather here for the past two days and due to heavy rains everything is almost ruined but now everything is fine again by the grace of. today I am participating in a great recipe contest. I would like to thank mesola Madam who organized this kind of contest for coming here and I hope we will see more such recipe contests in our midst in future.

Among the different types of contests, my recipe contests are very preferred because, in this type of contest, we can mention our different types of recipes here today I will mention a very simple recipe but this recipe is very healthy and very useful for kids today I am making a cauliflower recipe here will show.

Last 2 days ago I went to the market and bought a whole cauliflower which cost 80 taka and the steam price is 1.66 taka now the time of cauliflower from Bangladesh is out so the price is a bit higher today I added some onions, green chillies and masala to this cauliflower.

Let's make a recipe but let's know the ingredients that I will need to make this recipe

*Cauliflower quantity of


*onion Three pis


*green chillies Seven pis


*white oil quantity of


*Salt one spoon of


*turmeric powder Half spoon

It is possible to prepare my recipe very easily with all these ingredients but now let's know its preparation method

STEP 1

●First I took a cauliflower

●and cut it into small pieces .then cleaned a fry pan and put it in the oven and put onions and green chillies in it then added white oil to it and fried the onions and green chillies for a while then the onions turned brown.

● I gave the cut cauliflowers,

● then I added the cauliflower and the spices together

●and covered it with some water. After five to six minutes, remove the lid and see if the cauliflower is cooked well. If it is cooked, then fry it well for another 4-5 minutes.

This recipe of cauliflower which is very tasty and nutritious should be kept almost in our food list because it is very useful not only for children but also for adults as it is very low in calories it is very beneficial for the body and this vegetable helps in digestion.
