This is a great topic, almost every person needs a transplant at some point in life for the treatment of some serious disease, due to the failure of any particular organ. Like, eyes, kidney, bone marrow, skin, a part of liver, heart, lungs, pancreas, intestine etc.

Now the question arises that where will these come from because no such artificial organ is sold in the market. That is why these organs are transplanted in the body of the patient only after getting it from a donor.

Organ donation is a very noble act, its significance cannot be described in words, because the organ donor gives life to another person.

Organ donation is done in two ways, firstly, when a needy person needs a particular organ, then after matching the compatibility of that person and the needy person, the organ is donated and transplanted in the body of the needy person.

In answer to this competition question, I just want to say that organ donation is completely legal, in this, after completing all the formalities, the organ is obtained with the written consent of the donor.

In many countries now any person can donate his body before his death, many organs of this deceased donation data can be useful for other needy persons, such as, kidney, liver, lungs, pancreas, intestines and eyes.

For this, consent is obtained during his life and his family members inform the concerned authorities about his death immediately after his death.

Now the question arises that when does this organ donation become illegal? Suppose a person needs an organ and he is not able to get the required organ from any member of his family.

In such a situation, some anti-social elements take out the organs of a poor, weak, abandoned person by luring him with money, or by force, or without his consent, or by deceit and sell them to needy people through their agents in exchange for huge amounts of money.

This is 100 percent illegal, but this business is running well with the connivance of hospitals and agents.

And by taking advantage of the helplessness of the poor, labourers, helpless people, some hospitals and agents are earning crores of rupees.

In many countries, strict laws have been made against those who do such acts, but even then, when the rich need it, all the work is done secretly, the administration and police are not aware of it.

And even if it happens, no action can be taken against such people due to their high level political connections.
