"Heat stroke" is known as a severe medical condition that occurs when our body's temperature regulation system fails due to extreme exposure to high temperatures , often combined with dehydration.It generally occures during heat wave .In this situation when someone experiences "heat stroke," their body temperature rises to dangerous levels, typically above 104°F or 40°C. This condition is very life-threatening and requires a very immediate medical action to save a live.And if it becomes delay to ensure some necessary steps to take then one may lost his or her life due to "Heat Stoke".

Recognizing the symptoms of heat stroke is crucial for quick action . Here are the key signs to look out for:
1. High Body Temperature is the the most significant and common indication of heat stroke .In this situation, our body temperature become 104°F or 40°C or more higher.
2. Changes in Mental State or Behavior like - , agitation , confusion slurred speech , irritability , delirium , seizures , and even coma can be occur.
3. Nausea and Vomiting can occur. Also feeling sick to your stomach or vomiting is common.
4. The skin may turn red as the body temperature rises.Which is called "Flushed Skin".
5. Rapid Breathing and Heartbeat is also a common indication. This time breathing may become rapid and shallow, and the heart rate increases significantly.
6. A throbbing headache can be a symptom.
7. Lack of Sweating is also symptom of "heat stoke". In heat stroke brought on by hot weather, skin may feel hot and dry to the touch. However , in heat stroke caused by strenuous exercise, the skin may feel moist.

Providing first aid for heat stroke can save lives. However , here's what you should do if you suspect someone has heat stroke:
1. Immediately call for medical help. Heat stroke needs a medical emergency.
2. Get the person into a cooler place preferably in air-conditioned. If that is not possible, find shade as much as possible.
3. Try to decrease the person's body temperature using whatever means available. This could include:
Ensure a cool bath or shower.
the person’s body can be swiped out by a wet towel or sheets which may soaked in cold water and place them
onProvide fans to blow cool air on the person while applying ice packs to the armpits, groin, neck, and back.
These areas are rich in blood vessels close to the skin and cooling them can help reduce body temperature.
4. If the person is conscious and able to drink , provide cool water or an electrolyte-containing sports drink.
5. Keep a close eye on their condition while waiting for emergency medical services to arrive. Be prepared to perform CPR if emergency occurs.
In conclusion , understanding heat stroke, recognizing its symptoms , and knowing the appropriate first aid measures are essential , especially during extreme heat waves. Staying hydrated , cool , and aware can help prevent heat-stoke and ensure our safety and well-being during the extremely hottest summer times.
