Because of our need to save time, many people in the world have become addicted to these fast food or this food which was known as junk food in the past and some of the completely addicted to it.So, let's go to know some details about it, shall we? 01.In your words, what are Junk Foods?

When we say junk food, there are many other types of food that belong to that category. Like every person in the world, they eat this kind of food at least once a week or at least once a month. Most of them eat this kind of food at night with their family members or alone in addition to the daily meals they usually get at home. Tend to go to restaurants and get junk food.They contain carbohydrates, fat, salt, sugar, minerals that are harmful to the body, and because there are many types of vitamins and harmful flavors, they are very likely to deteriorate our health and make us susceptible to various diseases. Because of these things, these junk foods are known as HFSS foods. It came to be known as rotten food.In today's society, many young and old people are very interested in these food and drink halls, they love the taste of it and others love to go there and take pictures, but they do not know the deterioration of their health. In my opinion, if you limit junk food to at least once a month, it will be good for your health, but I see these as harmful to the body.

02)Why do you think people are addicted to or prefer Junk food more?

I think that people are addicted to the taste of junk food because of the artificial flavorings that are used in them, they have a taste and people like it. Minds are focused on them and people are very busy these days in the world, this is a time of work and daily activities at home.Due to Daravane's work, people often have difficulty in cooking, so they tend to go to such restaurants and buy food, so that they can save the time they need to cook with this fast food. are held and therefore people are motivated to consume these foods in large quantities with the aim of participating in these competitions and winning them.

My opinion is that it is not advisable to eat these because they contain a lot of flavoring substances that are harmful to the body. By being addicted to them, your health deteriorates greatly. 04)Give ways by which someone who's addicted to Junk foods can avoid them ?

If we are addicted to these foods, we can never stop eating these foods all at once. It will take some time. We can do it step by step. First, we need to find out which foods are good for our body. To get out of the pattern, if we have collected these junk foods in one of our three foods, we should first remove those foods from our diet and add nutritious foods to it.Or you can prepare it at home by using healthy ingredients that we buy from the market without adding artificial sweeteners that are harmful to our body.
