I had back pain when I was in college. The reason was I sat for hours while studying on a same pose and on same chair in the library. Then I felt my back started to hurt, and it was getting worse day after and after. It was hard to focus on my studies because of the pain. This is mainly because there were not comfortable chairs focusing on studies we ignore this but later on it causes serious back pain. Then finally I have to went to see a doctor, and they told me it was because of how I was sitting and not taking breaks.
So I decided now onward will not sit in the library on the same chair for a long time. I will must take breaks and comfortable myself and mainly try to get home early and start studying there.
