Yes, I am suffering from some weight problem. I am feeling some weight problems from sitting in the office all day. I feel like I am not able to keep my balance in my own body. However, I feel disturbed while moving. However, I exercise often. And when I exercise, I do not feel this problem. When I stop exercising, I feel this problem.

🫓 How do you control weight gain or loss in your life

Although I am not that worried about weight. I was very thin when I was young. I ate a lot of food to become fat and was not successful. However, after working and following a routine, eating, sleeping, everything, my health has improved a little from before.

I think the primary task of losing weight is to keep myself in a routine. Also, in terms of food, I should give up fast food, oily food, and fatty food. Avoiding full meals, eating 5 times a day, drinking 2-3 liters of water every day and exercising in the morning.

Since I'm not that fat, sometimes I feel like I'm overweight. Then I follow the above rules and by doing this, I get good results.

🌮 Do you suffer from a problem with your metabolism? Do you know any pathologies?

Yes, I have some problems with my metabolism. I can't work hard as much as I used to. Usually, when I go to the field to play, I can't run as fast as I used to. If I run a little, I get tired and my heartbeat increases in a short time.

I have understood that this is destroying the balance of my health. However, to get rid of this metabolism, I have to do exercise. After that, I should consult a good doctor and get an ETT, heart checkup, diabetes, and blood cholesterol checkup.

🍔 What is the concept of "Ideal weight"?

Ideal weight is a measure of a person's health. It shows how healthy a person is. Therefore, ideal weight is determined by measuring a person's weight in kilograms and height in meters. Then, that weight is divided by the square of the height, and this quotient is called the body mass index or BMI.

If a person's BMI is 18-24, he is considered normal. If it is 25 to 30, he is considered obese. And if it is 30 to 35, he is considered overweight or unhealthy.

🥙 Right now you are at your ideal weight and if not, what are you doing to reach it.

Yes, I am at my ideal weight. My height is 5 feet 7 inches. According to my height, my ideal weight should be 58-72 kg. My current weight is 69 kg. I am almost at the end of the ideal weight. So I often get tired while doing heavy work and my body feels heavy.

Exercises time

In that case, I exercise every day and eat as needed. I eat less for dinner. But I eat bread and fruit in the morning.

However, I maintain these tasks regularly. And within a few days, I will be able to notice this change.

Now, when I read this, my thoughts were that you were probably struggling to add up some weight and flesh. Then I saw the picture and OMG. It is not my place to tell you how to manage your health but from the look of things, you look pretty healthy and fit.

Keep doing what ever you do that keeps you healthy. Its result is good.
