Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Today I'm going to be participating in SEC-S13 / W5 of the Healthy Steem community. We have been given as a challenge this time How can alcohol cause damage to your health! In fact, alcohol is very harmful to our body. So today I am going to talk about the harm alcohol causes to our health through this contest.

Alchohol by scientific definition is ethanol mixed with water and high concentrated sugar. Although ethanol is used in medical purposes but most businessman, industrialist has used this as a beverage to seep into the depression and enjoyment crowd. Now, when we want to identify an alcoholic person it means how frequently he or drinks.Most of the time an alcoholic drinks heavily and daily.
There are several ways to observe the behavior of an alcoholic person. It is found in research that almost every pattern of an alcoholic person is similar in every ethnicity according to their class of income. Some beats their wife or husband as their behavior changes due to excessive drinking and some develops health conditions. Also, you can get to know the person through noticing and talking about their lifestyle.
Alcohol is a drug and it is a drug that is legal in almost non-secular countries and western worlds. Drugs is of different types and when infused in blood vessels of human it relaxes the nervous system and lets the person hallucinate. Often people who goes into depression takes drug or musicians takings drugs and alcohols is what we have seen and heard. But if we study a bit deeper these people has their own reason to go into this world.
Musicians feels the melody by taking drugs and alcohol to sing well as they hallucinate and loose the worldly stress by taking them. Depressed people wash away their pain through drinking and hallucinating and being trapped into this world. Instead of getting a counseling or help from the family or friends a person would rather take drugs.
This is a disease inside the society and cultural stigma that drinking alcohol in a party enhances social moral ability. This kind of exemplars and situations needs to be stopped in order to save oneself from the alcohol type conditions.
If we need to control such diseases, some tips can be followed:
Avoid peer pressure. Because many times it is seen that they become alcoholics under the pressure of mixing with alcoholics of the same age.
Not getting involved with people who drink or use drugs even if we know we have no choice but to seek help.
Our psychology often pushes us to think that what is the harm in drinking alcohol? But I think we have to control our own thoughts and circumstances no matter how hard it is.
We can promote that life can be managed beautifully without drinking alcohol.
There are many people who are under a lot of stress and they drink alcohol to reduce their stress. And in such a situation they always spend through drinking. They thinks this drinking alcohol. Every drinker will get rid of all the thoughts in their life and thats why they see this drinking time as enjoyment. I would not call people who eat to relieve their stress alcoholics. And I consider those who drink in the form of intoxication as alcoholics.

Definitivamente el alcohol causa mucho daño a muchas personas a nivel mundial, yo no consideraría una droga, más bien lo considero un problema de salud publica, así como la obesidad y el estres, es una enfermedad inducida.

Alcoholism causes social degradation as well as self-harm. Although alcohol is legal in the western world, it is not in our country, but in our country, young women drink alcohol in the name of party, and the society and parents do not take it into account. Of course alcohol is an addiction and nowadays people use it as a fashion. If there is a small party or a meeting, then we offer alcohol to each other to drink. But due to this intoxication, many people's houses get ruined and how many people have harmful effects on their health. When he understands it, it is too late and sometimes no one even understands.
