I will present the challenges we face on a daily basis with regard to mental health by answering the questions of the competition.

👩‍⚕️ What daily habits enhance mental resilience?

There are some people in our society who are able to overcome the emotional terrors that happen in their lives. On the other hand there are people who suffer from mental anguish and are deeply broken due to the accidents in their lives. Such people can never fight against adversity. And can't protect his mental health and develop healthy relationships with others. In between, those who cope against adversity are usually the ones who are emotionally resilient.

In this case we can say that those who have the ability to overcome the bad times of life by controlling their emotions by dealing with adverse situations are called emotional resilience. I think it's a quality that anyone can develop this emotional resilience through our daily habits. Here are some ways to increase mental resilience:

  • The key to mental resilience is to have a realistic plan in life and implement it step by step.

  • You have to find solutions to your own problems and act accordingly.

  • Always control your feelings and thoughts.

  • In any situation you have to break down and handle yourself and never break down.

  • Express yourself and share your needs with others.

👩‍⚕️ How does diet influence mental health?

A strong mental health is very important for a happy life. Similarly, food plays an important role in maintaining mental health. For this reason I definitely need a healthy diet to ensure proper functioning of the body. This healthy diet will help my mental health to be many times better.

For example, if I talk about fruits and vegetables, I will say that these foods help improve our mood greatly. Again if I talk about sugar then I will say processed foods like sugar have many chances to cause problems to our mental health.

Also, people who eat a balanced diet every day have less depression and anxiety in life than others. So to keep our mental health healthy we definitely need a well-planned diet.

👩‍⚕️ What activities promote emotional balance?

Human life is fulfilled only when a person becomes mentally strong. And it depends on one's belief. It is not easy for anyone to overcome various dangers in everyday life. And this is how a person loses his mental balance. So it is possible to improve it by doing some activities to increase mental balance. I have presented the activities below :

  • I think positive thinking is always the main condition that increases mental balance. Fear of the mind destroys our mental energy.

  • Always trust in yourself and move forward on your own path of development.

  • Don't get discouraged if someone condemns you. Depression affects a person's mental balance a lot.

  • Daily yoga and exercise should be done to increase mental balance.

  • One should never enter into an argument with anyone. There is a possibility of deterioration of mental status.

  • To increase mental strength, one should develop a balanced eating habit.

  • Adequate sleep should be ensured every day and adequate rest should be taken. These are more helpful in increasing mental balance.
