∞🔸∞Health is wealth, one who is not healthy, one who is sick all the time, no matter how much money he has, his life is not happy. That is why it is said that wealth is money. To maintain that health, we eat various healthy foods. Those foods must contain vitamins. A variety of healthy ingredients including protein, carbohydrates, and fiber.
I am a child of a middle-class family. I make a food list with importance on health as much as possible for me. Today is 10-05-24 and the on Friday also I have eaten some food with a priority on health. Now I Presenting it through today's diary game and your health content.

Morning time: -
  • Flour bread: -
    In the morning, I usually eat bread made from flour. Bread made from flour contains protein, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins B1, B2, B3, and B9 or folic acid.
    The amount of fat in the bread is less, so the bread is very good for fat people. Regularly eating this bread reduces the excess body fat. The body becomes neat.

  • A mixture of potatoes and pulses: -
    In the morning, with bread, I like to eat a special item in combination with potato and dal. This item is very tasty. Potato and dal are rich in calories, carbohydrates, protein, vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B9, vitamins, and fiber. Fiber is healthy. helps to keep.
    These foods contain various health-related ingredients including heart-healthy ingredients and essential ingredients for muscles.

  • Watermelon: -
    I eat watermelon between breakfast and lunch.
    Watermelon is a seasonal fruit. It is a food rich in nutrients. Watermelon is called a hydrating and refreshing fruit. Watermelon contains 90% water which fulfills the water needs of our body.
    It contains sugars such as fructose, glucose, and sucrose that act as a source of energy. In addition, watermelon contains vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, and lycopene citruline. These elements play an important role in maintaining good health.

  • Chicken Biryani: -
    Chicken Biryani is a very tasty dish. There is no comparison to Chicken Biryani at guest entertainment. Also, there are many healthy ingredients in this food, such as high-quality protein in chicken and vitamin B3. BO3 helps convert food into energy and maintains skin and nerves.
    It also contains phosphorus, which is essential for healthy bones and teeth.
    There is also zinc, which works in immune function, and healing.
    Also contains iron, potassium, magnesium, etc
    Rice contains various ingredients including protein and carbohydrates. Chicken Biryani made with this combination is very necessary for our health.

    Rasmalai is a type of sweet. Eating excessive amounts of sweets can cause many problems in the body, but taking small amounts of sweets is necessary for the body. It is a source of our energy. These foods contain sugars and fats Which help us build energy.
    We all like sweets more or less. Especially in low-pressure patients, when the pressure decreases, the pressure is increased with sweets or sweet foods.

    It is a delicious dish. This dish is prepared by mixing watermelon, milk, sugar nuts, etc. The nutritional value of watermelon and sugar has been discussed earlier. Milk is added to this nutritional value. We all know the benefits of milk. There are different types of vitamins, lactose, saturated fat, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, selenium, and zinc. These elements are very beneficial for our body.
    In simple words, there is no substitute for milk to strengthen the bones of our body, fill calcium deficiency, and reduce physical weakness. The juice made by mixing watermelon and almonds with this milk is incomparable in taste. It is a very beneficial drink for health
