✅What is muscle twitching?

Muscle twitching is a condition of the body that refers to the spontaneous contraction of the muscle fibers of the body or the movement of the muscles of the body. They occur on their own. They are usually caused by physical stress, fatigue, and muscle irritation. It can happen in the muscles of any part of the body. They are generally felt as small flutters or bumps under the skin. Happens And It’s very short lasting usually a few seconds.

✅What cause muscle twitching?

Muscle twitching is a bad condition. It is a harmful and temporary condition. It usually lasting for a few seconds.
There are several reasons why this disease occurs. For example-

  • The body often releases chemicals that overexcite the nerves. This can lead to muscle twitching.
  • Muscle twitching can occur when muscles are overtired due to physical exertion, especially after exercise and physical activity.
  • Excessive dehydration causes loss of electrolyte balance in the body. For example, there is an imbalance of potassium, sodium, and calcium, resulting in twitching.

  • Excessive use of caffeine or other stimulants can overstimulate the nervous system, causing muscle cramps.
  • Muscle twitching can occur as a side effect of some medicine.
  • Nerve irritation or trauma can cause localized muscle spasms.
  • Medicines are prescribed for the body to sleep. But if there is not enough sleep, the brain is overheated, as a result of which there is sometimes involuntary muscle twitching.
  • Muscle twitching can occur due to vitamin deficiency, especially vitamin B12 deficiency.
  • Besides, there is muscle twitching due to nervous tension.

✅How can we prevent our muscles from twitching?

Muscle twitching is an uncomfortable problem. This disease occurs due to human stress, fatigue, dehydration, and malnutrition. When this problem occurs, it needs to be solved. For this, what we need to do: -

  • When this disease occurs, we must be dehydrated. We must drink enough pure water throughout the day.
  • We need to ensure our nutrition. Especially we need to make sure that there is no shortage of minerals like magnesium, potassium, and calcium. That's why we need to ensure nuts, seeds, vegetables, bananas, avocados, potatoes and dairy foods.
  • We need to reduce stress or anxiety and develop a worry-free life. We can cure this disease through deep breathing exercises, and yoga exercises.

  • By getting enough sleep, we can reduce the occurrence of this disease.
  • Caffeine causes twitching in the body. So, caffeine should be stopped.
  • We can say no to this disease through regular exercise.
  • Alcohol can cause twitching in the body. Therefore, alcohol consumption should be reduced and stopped if possible.
  • If necessary, following the advice of a specialist doctor can keep the twitching at bay.

Yeah for sure, we need to ensure good nutrition, practice some relaxation activities like; meditation, yoga massage can avoid muscle twitching.
