✅Write names of any ten processed foods and what you know about processed food?

There is no alternative to naturally pure food for our physical health. But due to environmental conditions, it is often not possible for us to collect pure food. On the other hand, there is no alternative to food for survival. The method we rely on during this complex equation is processed food.
The demand for these processed foods is increasing day by day due to various reasons. Looking around us we see numerous processed foods. I have listed 10 processed foods below.

  • Potato chips
  • instant noodles,
  • Biscuits
  • bread
  • jelly
  • Soft drinks
  • Variety of bottled juices
  • Frozen fried food
  • Frozen first food
  • Different types of sauces etc.

Processing is a condition of food in which the food is preserved by various methods to prevent spoilage. This processing includes various systems such as freezing, canning, drying preservatives, or any other method for a certain period of time. Food is kept well.

✅How processed food are for our health?(Healthy or unhealthy).

There is no comparison of food from nature. Where we do not get food directly from nature but we have to rely on processed food to fulfill our physical and mental needs.
Processed food has both advantages and disadvantages. Let me discuss a little.

  • Advantages: -
    We have food that we live far from the place of production. Again, food is perishable material. Many times, the food spoils before it reaches the hands of the cook from the place of production. Processing helps us to taste the food from this state.
    Because there is a process of processing, the food produced in one part of the world can be easily obtained by the people in the other part of the world and can get the necessary elements for the body. At the same time, you can eat to your heart's content.

  • Disadvantages: -
  • Food quality is not always the same when processed.
  • Food varies in taste.
  • Food poisoning can occur if not processed properly.
  • Food does not have proper nutritional value.
  • Eating processed foods often poses health risks. Such as diabetics, obesity, heart disease, cancer, etc. can cause terrible diseases.

✅How much processed food you utilize on weekly basis?

I try to avoid processed food every week. Especially I eat fish, meat, and vegetables without processing. But still, I have to use some processed foods. For example: - Among vegetables, potatoes, tomatoes.
Among the fruits are apples, oranges, Malta, etc.
Among the packet food, I have to eat jam jelly bread milk, sauce, juice, noodles, biscuits, etc.

Conclusion: - No matter what food we consume there is no alternative to natural food for health. Still, we have to consume processed food. Then we need to make sure that the amount is as small as possible. And it should be processed by a reliable company.

Processed foods can always be damaged or change their flavor even if they are persistent, it is best to consume foods that are natural and fresh. But in the same way we will always keep in mind the processed or refined foods since it is the most commercial and easier to acquire.
