The name of the Contest is "Contest !! || Heat rash" Due to global warming, there is a heatwave in the whole country for the past several days. 42-degree temperature is crossing the history of the country. Many people are suffering from heat rash in this summer which we see around us. we have to protect from heat rast Many thanks to @khursheedanwar for bringing up such a recent topic.I feel privileged to participate in this contest.

Heat rash is a condition of the body when the body sweats and the sweat is blocked in the ducts. As a result, inflammation occurs in the body, and small rashes or blisters are formed. This condition of the body is called heat rash.
Heat rash can affect everyone, but it is more common in young children. Heat rash can be of different types. For example: -

• Miliaria crystalline
• Miliaria profunda
• Miliaria pustulosa
  There are several causes of heat rash. Let me briefly discuss: -
• The primary cause of heat rash is the blockage of the sweat ducts. As a result, sweat cannot escape from the body. This is usually due to excessive sweating.
• If you lie in a warm environment for a long time, a heat rash may occur.
• Sometimes some special clothes prevent the heat from escaping. Wearing such clothes can cause blisters.
• Many times, we use some skin creams that block the sweat ducts, such as heavy creams, lotions, ointments, etc. Rashes are often formed from these.

• Many times, the sweat glands are not developed. As a result, sweat is blocked from leaving the body, and this results in edema.
• There are many other reasons why pimples are formed in our bodies.

Heat Rash is a kind of disease. We must go to the doctor. We have to take treatment according to their advice.

• Since heat is the main cause of rash, when this disease occurs, it is necessary to cool the patient's skin. For this, wash the body well with cold water and wipe it with a soft towel.
• Skin inflammation should be reduced. Apply cold clothes to reduce skin flow.
• Wear loose clothes so that the skin does not get hot. So that the body does not get a new burn.

• Avoid using heavy cream lotions that clog the sweat ducts.
• Calamine lotion should be used to reduce itching
• Over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream should be used to reduce inflammation or itching
• Antihistamines creams can be used.
• Stay indoors during the warm part of the day.
• Regularly use soap to keep body dirt clean. Bacteria cannot attack if it is clean.
• Telkom powder can be used to reduce body itching.
• If necessary, the treatment should be continued with the advice of a professional doctor

• Many times, due to swelling, the body becomes weak, fatigue prevails in the body, and then an environment like going to bed is created. For example: -
• Miliaria profunda usually causes large, flesh-colored pits deep in the skin. This type of rash requires bed rest.
• When infected with heat immune systems, intense pain and discomfort make the body weak, requiring bed rest.
• Dehydration due to heatstroke may require bed rest.
  But we should take care not to lie in bed for a long time and keep the sleeping area cool.
