✅Do you believe that the foods we eat have medicinal value?

Healthy food and good health are inextricably linked. It is foolish to hope for good health without healthy food.
Various types of diseases are constantly arising in our bodies. Several medicinal foods destroy those diseases. We do not even understand how much these medicinal foods are preventing our diseases. But the medicinal foods are fulfilling their duties.
Yes, I think that the food we eat every day has medicinal value. We have proof of this at hand.

  • Today, if you feel weak, you can drink a glass of milk and find that your weakness has reduced a lot.
  • If your blood pressure is low, you eat a warm egg and milk, your pressure will be normal.
    Just from this small example, I can understand that food has tremendous medicinal properties. So, I have to believe that most of the foods we eat have medicinal properties.

Almost every food we eat every day has medicinal properties. It is just a matter of presenting the food healthily.
I present a list of 5 foods that have medicinal properties.

  • Milk
  • Green vegetables
  • Dates
  • Oily fish
  • Egg
  • Milk:-
    A liquid food full of nutrients is milk which is known as a medicinal food. Milk contains carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, calcium, potassium, zinc, and other substances that everyone is bound to admit in one sentence milk is a medicinal food.
  • This food contains 87% water thus helps in hydration.
  • Milk plays a special role in liver function, brain development, and nerve function.
  • The high calcium vitamin in milk promotes strong bones and gums.
  • Milk helps to build and restore body muscles
  • Carbohydrates in milk help in building muscle energy.
  • Potassium and magnesium in milk help to lower blood pressure in the body.

  • Green vegetables are called vitamin factories. These green vegetables contain a lot of vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
  • Green vegetables improve eyesight, improve immunity, keep skin healthy,
  • Produces antioxidants in the body

  • Helps prevent blood clotting. Hemoglobin helps transport oxygen in the blood.
  • Helps the digestion of food.

  • Dates are a highly nutritious fruit. Dates also play an important role as a medicinal food.

Therefore, before eating our food, we should take food knowing the nutritional value of the food and how much it will adjust with the body.

Yes, I think children should be given knowledge about nutrition while in school. There are several reasons for this. Like:-

  • School boys and girls like to eat more junk food which is not good for their health.
  • If you know the quality of healthy food while at school, you can avoid that unhealthy food.
  • Knowing how healthy food works in our body will create interest in that food.
  • Knowledge acquired at a young age can always be applied.
