Contest Alert ⚠️ Heat Stroke

How are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah.Today, I will participate in the new contest from Healthy Steem brought by the Honorable admin @suboohi mam. The name of the Contest is "Contest Alert ⚠️ Heat Stroke." Due to global warming, there is a heatwave in the whole country for the past several days. 42-degree temperature is crossing the history of the country. Many people are suffering from heat stroke in this summer which we see daily in the pages of the newspaper. Many thanks to @suboohi mam for bringing such a recent topic.I feel privileged to participate in this contest.

Heat stroke is a condition of the body when the normal temperature of the body rises to 104 degrees or more due to extreme heat, then the body fails to perform its normal functions and the body becomes dull, it is called heat stroke.
Heat stroke occurs in many cases. For example:

• Exercising in extreme heat,
• If the body becomes dehydrated
• Overdressing or wearing more clothes than necessary
• Consuming alcohol increases the risk of heatstroke due to various reasons.

• We can understand whether a heat stroke has occurred by looking at several symptoms. For example,
• nausea,
• increased body temperature,
• rapid breathing,
• increased heart rate.
  By looking at these symptoms, we can understand whether it is a heat stroke.

The symptoms of heat stroke are different for each person. However, some common symptoms indicate that heat stroke has occurred. The symptoms that indicate heat stroke are:-

• Body temperature rises to 104 degrees or more.
• The power to think is lost.
• Restlessness or tension increases.
• Difficulty speaking clearly
• Uncontrollable tremors or convulsions.

• Nausea or vomiting.
• The skin becomes red due to increased temperature and increased blood flow.
• Rapid breathing occurs
• Headache becomes severe.
• Severe dehydration occurs
  These are the symptoms of heat stroke. If these symptoms appear, you should consult a doctor on an urgent basis

If a heat stroke occurs, he should be referred to a doctor as soon as possible. But before that, it is very important to give some emergency treatment or first treatment. I think the first treatment that should be given to a heat stroke patient is:-

• The patient should be transferred to a cool place urgently.
• Avoid direct sunlight on the patient.
• If the patient has extra clothing, they should be removed.
• Take measures to cool the body. If possible, cool the body by sitting in a tub of water.

• If the patient is conscious, oral hydration or electrolyte replacement should be provided. If vomiting occurs, fluids should be discontinued.
• Breathing and pulse should be monitored regularly.
• Urgently bring the doctor or take him to the doctor. If necessary, call the emergency number and bring the ambulance.
