Personal Hygiene is too much important in one's life. All most all the diseases are associated with it. Reports and researches show that those who take care of their body hygiene are less supposed to get ill. They always enjoy a healthy life. Let's explore the topic of health and hygiene in details.

The world hygiene is associated with health care, body cleaniness and terms like this. Personal hygiene include well dress, a proper haircut, nails: infact all the body. From a very minute part to a big organ. For me the most important hygiene is, doing toothbrush twice a day, comb hair, nails should be properly cut, a neat and clean dress.

Hygiene is obviously important in life for having a healthy life. A hygienic life will prevent you from all the diseases. We have very modern techniques of personal hygiene these days. Go to washroom, open the shower and you can take bath. we have advance skin care cream, hair removal and infact all the basic things one need it for his/her own hygiene.

Hygiene of each and every part of the body is important. I will show you the basic hygiene list, one must have to follow.

• Taking bath every morning. In summer you may increase the number.

• Washing hands regularly.

• Toothbrush twice a day: in the morning and after eating dinner.

• Proper haircut.

• A Proper and neat and clean dress.

• Nails should be well cut and trimmed.

• Your food must be hygienic.

• Make your inner body hygienic with daily exercise.

This phrase is very commonly used. It is a proverbial phrase which tells us about the importance of cleanliness in our life. It means: cleanliness is very close to God. God even like it. The hygienic, neat and clean people are next to God.

We can take spiritual meanings out of it too, but here according to the context it is emphasizing the importance cleanliness. In Islam their is a very famous Hadith of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW): "Cleanliness is the half of our faith". This Hadith is something matching to the above phrase. It also tells us about the importance of Hygiene and cleanliness in our life. You can't be a better Muslim if you are not clean, pure and hygienic. So if you want to become a good human, a good Muslim and want to become nearer to God, must bring cleanliness in your body, in your life.

We should always take care of our body hygiene. It not only important for us, but also to the people surrounding you. A dirty or unhygienic person can create disturbance in his/her surrounding too: spreading diseases, making people uncomfortable etc. It is very true that cleanliness is next to Godliness. We should must take care of it. For us Muslims it's the half of our faith. We should be even more concerned about it.
