Greetings everyone! I hope all are well by the Grace of Allah Almighty. Today I'm coming here to take part in contest which was organised by @khursheedanwar and the topic is "Processed Food And Health". Today we are eating foods that most of the foods are processed food and it is really affecting our health. Lets discuss about it in detail how it is affecting us.

If we want to keep our body healthy then it is never possible to keep the body healthy without natural and pure food. Here comes a time when it is almost impossible for us to collect pure food. If we want to live well then there is no substitute for pure food. The way we are now gathering and relying on food is processed food. Due to various reasons, the demand for these processed foods is increasing day by day. When we look around us, we see numerous processed foods. Below is a list of 10 names of processed foods:

1.Potato chips
2.instant noodles,
3.Biscuits
4.bread
5.jelly
6.Soft drinks
7.Variety of bottled juices
8.Frozen fried food
9.Frozen first food
10.Different types of sauces etc.

By processing we understand that food is protected from spoilage through various methods. There are various methods of this processing such as the use of chemicals, freezing, canning and other methods to preserve food.

Nothing compares to the food we get from nature. Where we do not get food we have to depend on processed food to meet our food needs. And this processed food affects our health in different ways. Whether the processed food we consume is good or bad depends on the substances used during its production. There are some processed foods such as various vegetables and fruits that are good for our health. There are also many other processed foods that contain sugar, fat, salt and various chemicals that can be very harmful to our health. Fast food and meat are bad for us. So we have to avoid them. We all should eat foods that are low in oil, fat, sugar and salt. Vegetables and fruits are good for our health so eat more of them. will be

If I speak for myself, I generally try to avoid processed foods most of the time. I am out for studies. Avoiding these processed foods is not possible in many environments so I eat very little. Again even when my work lady does not come I cook myself and eat to avoid processed foods. The processed foods that I eat most of the time are fruits and a variety of vegetables that are good for our health. According to me, all processed foods which are harmful to our health should always be avoided.
