MUSCLE TWITCHING
Hello everyone, today I'll be explaining what muscles twitching is.
In this article, you will also learn if muscles twitching should raise concern, whether is is harmful or not.
In a layman's understanding Muscle twitching means a small contractions of the muscle fibres, I would say muscle twitching refers to stimulation caused by the muscle nerves though it may be noticeable and disturbing.
Muscle twitching may be mild, moderate and severe due to the body's response to physical stress causing the muscle to misfire.
There are so many varietal factors that triggers the muscle to twitch, there are:
Tiredness:
This is one of the major causes that leads to muscle twitching because when the body is stress especially those working in the offices, they overworked themselves without resting leads to minor contractions.
Alcohol:
Frequent taking of alcohol breaks up the nerves from functioning resulting at muscle twitching.
Excessive caffeine:
Frequent taking of caffeine leads to malfunctioning of the nervous system and result in Muscle twitching.
Workout:
Excessive exercise from the gymnasiums stresses out the body to pains leading to minor contractions mostly after repetitive physical activities
Medication:
Taking of drugs excessively for fast recovery such as diuretics, occurs as a side effect leads to muscle twitching.
Over thinking:
Over thinking causes the muscle to twitch when you're expose to trauma which stresses the hormones leading to muscle twitching.
Reduction Of Excess Caffeine:
Reducing the intake of caffeine and alcohol will prevent the muscle from twitching as these substances causes twitching
Maintaining Of Balance Diet:
Taking food that contains the six classes of food, that is the balancing of diet play a vital in the muscle as it relaxes the muscles.
Moderate Workout:
Regular exercise is vital for the health of the muscle.
But it must be done moderately.
Staying Hydrated:
Keeping our body with moisture helps to keep electrolytes in our body, Which in its absence may result in muscle twitching.
Muscle twitching is a common phenomenon that can be as result of a variety of factors such as fatigue, stress, or underlying medical conditions. While occasional muscle twitches are usually not a cause for concern. But persistent or severe twitching may warrant medical check up and a closer look by a healthcare professional. Understanding the causes and seeking appropriate treatment can help manage muscle twitching and improve overall wellbeing. It is important to listen to your body and address any concerns promptly to ensure a healthy muscle and life.

Yes, too much of workout is not heating for the muscle as you've said. That a moderate workout is acceptable, as it would not over strain and stress the muscle causing it to twitch.
