Good day, friends and fellow Steemians. This is my post today, and I am talking about a balanced diet.
What do you understand by a balanced diet
A balanced diet is the type of food you eat to provide your body with all the good nutrients to function properly. A balanced diet provides proper energy to the human body and also makes us stronger even without exercise.
Because in the six classes of food, carbohydrates make us stronger example rice and cassava then we have the they that make us fat that class of food is called protein, some fat people you see walking on the street are protein make them like that example like milk, meat, fish, and beans, etc.
These foods function differently in our body, and they also have their time to eat; they function according to the way you take them, as carbohydrates, e.g., rice and cassava may process into garri or other stuff they are not good for breakfast, you can take it for lunch and dinner. , Protein is good mostly, in the morning as breakfast.
Effects of diet on overall health.
A balanced diet helps provide weight and strong health in your body; mostly fruit that takes care of your health the most; they help in the absence of drugs. They also help with your mental health. They think fast, such as protein. They last blood. Vegetables also contribute to human health.
They help in your hygiene by preventing you from diseases and sickness, and a balanced diet gives you proper treatment by eating well. Vegetables take care of your health and make your skin look fresh because they give the same to milk; milk gives fat and, at the same time gives blood.
What diet do you prefer for your health care? And why?
Food is one of the diets I prefer, there is no big deal about that, especially protein. If you eat protein almost every day, you are healthy. Carbohydrates will make you stronger and reduce the sickness level in your body.
Reducing the limit of sugar, a lot of sugar brings sickness to humans that will make them e them spend a lot of eating g sugar; I will be exercising my entire body to keep me healthy and safe.
And I will add fruit, fruit brings a lot to the human body, especially because it takes care of our health.
Any diet suggestion on your experience that makes you healthy?
I have experienced a balanced diet; it is mostly for adults and includes rice, beans, plantains, maize, etc. It also includes natural foods; these foods join with my exercise. I am hardly sick; I get sick once or twice a year because of these foods. They are natural food from the farm.
And also vegetables and fruit, vegetables are my blood medicine, when I eat vegetables it helps increase my blood power from the heart. Fruit keeps my body healthy; if I have stomach pain, I take oranges; all of them have their functions in the human body.
