Hello dear steemit friends, today I am here with another post, in which I will share my knowledge about back pain. Peace be upon to all my community fellows! I hope this healthy post finds you healthy and wealthy. In this post I will write about back pain, it's causes and alleviation. I am sure you will learn more information from my this post. to ma'am @suboohi obliged me by organizing this contest.
Back Pain

Back pain is a common health problem that can make us unable to walk. This is very sharp pain and mostly found in 30+ age. It can take to recover, a few days, a few weeks or chronic, lasting more than three month and some time more than one year.

Some kinds of back pain are:

  • Acute Back Pain
  • Chronic Back Pain
  • Upper Back Pain
  • Middle Back Pain
  • Lower Back Pain
  • Radicular Pain
  • Mechanical Back Pain

Some causes of back pain are:

  • Muscle or Ligament Strain
  • Bulging or Ruptured Discs
  • Arthritis
  • Skeletal Irregularities
  • Osteoporosis
  • Poor Posture
  • Infections or Tumors
  • Kidney Problems
  • Obesity
  • Mental Health Factors
Some suggestion to help manage and alleviate back pain

These suggestions I would like to mentioned that can help manage and alleviate to back pain:

  • Regular exercise like stretching and strengthening exercises, can help us to maintain a healthy back.
  • Hot and Cold therapy can manage and alleviate back pain.
    For manage and alleviate back pain, medications is very important.
  • We should use pain relief medicine like Diclofenac, ibuprofen, nimsolide, proxicam and tramadol.

  • Used only doctor advice and never use any pain killer without doctor prescribe.
  • Physical Therapy is also play a key role to manage back pain.
  • Maintaining a healthy weight, avoid heavy weight lifting and say no to smoking can reduce the risk of back pain.
  • Alternative Therapies are also important for alleviate the back pain.

  • Multivitamin are necessary for our bone health, so we use fruits that enrich with multivitamins.
  • Make sure that your workstation is set up properly and using supportive furniture, these can prevent strain on the back.
  • Rest is very important for managing and alleviate the back pain. Periods of rest can help to manage back pain. But long bed rest is usually not recommended as it can lead to stiffness and worsen the condition.
