This is also lead to diabette, if there is no proper immune response. The immune system of our body kills the insulin producing cells.

A person having number of illnesses, like not balance in hormone or pancreatic abnormalities lead him to diabetes.
Age:
Age is also can cause of this chronic disease. As you age, properly after age of 47, the risk of diabetes rises.

We can avoid these issues by eating healthy diet. We should pay head on a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins and healthy foods.
Regular exercise can play a vital role to avoiding these issues. We se at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise on regular basis. Exercises can be walking, jogging, cycling, swimming and any activity which you enjoy.
By maintaining healthy weight help us to away from these issues. We have to maintain our weight, losing even a small amount of weight can help reduce our risk of diabetes.
We should say no to alcohol and can save us from these issues. If we drink alcohol, do so in very low amount.
