Hello everyone,how are you I am ROOHI ASIF from Pakistan .I hope you also save and healthy by the grace of Allah.i want to publication beloved@ healthy steem community in diary game.so guys let's start my belog.i hope you all my being with till end

Morning activites

My day starts at 6:am .I prayer fajur .in my habit in drink two glass of water add with lemon water I drink warm water it's very beneficial for health specially for weight loss and stomach problem .

Morning walk

I am going to park on morning walk .the park is nearest from my house I walk on my track about half and hours then I am going to sit on banch .this banch is covered with different flowers I am doing some exercise specially for breathing exercise.Without wearing slippers I walk on grass ten minutes.I felt very light and fresh in my mind.

Then I came back home 1 hours .then I take a bath And rest for 15 minutes.

Break fast

I am going to kitchen for making breakfast I made tea due to the summer season I eat light food I made rusk with tea it's very light food

Mid morning

My servent came in my house and she is clean my house wash my clothes and clean my kitchen then my son going to market and bring some vegetables due to the hot summer he bring yougart for making lassi.

Lunch time

I am going to kitchen for preparing lunch .I wash and soak the water in Ridge gourd.

I make Ridgegourd curry and I make breads my little daughter helped me she is found of cooking specially for baking .basically cooking is art.Everyone makes food, but not everyone can make different food.then we ate lunch .in summer season We must use curd with every meal.

Nap time

Then I prayer zohar and I take a short nap .nap is very important for human health only half and hours we sleep it's give me a lot of energy in our body And the human mind is refreshed.

Evening time

Evening time usually I drink tea in my terrace .It starts to get evening, the weather starts to change a little, so we go to the terrace and sit there and drink tea.but today I drink yougart drink due to the hot summer day.and my son drink chocolate milk.he also fond of chocolate drink milk .my husband came back office and he bring some fruits.and I gave him yougart milk then after maghrab we are going to room

Dinner menu

I am going to kitchen after I prayer maghrab.i made dal masoor with Pickled bitter gourd.dal mazoor is my favourite dish mostly I made dal mazoor fry dal.today I made dal with bread

Then we ate Dinner And thanked God that you gave so much good food.
