Today I make aloo gosht recipe I hope you like it
Let's started today's healthy recipe
𝘼𝙡𝙤𝙤 𝙜𝙤𝙨𝙝𝙩
Let's dive in to the ingridents for this dish
INGRIDENTS. QUANTITY
Beef meat. 500 gr
Potatoes. 250 gr
Yougart. 5 table 🥄 spoon
Tomatoes. 2 large size
Fry onion. 6 table 🥣 spoon
Green chili. 4/5
By leaves. 2/3
Ginger. 1 table spoon( paste)
Garlic. 1 table spoon( paste)
Red chili. 1table spoon
Coriander powder. 1 table spoon
Salt. As required
Turmeric. 1 table spoon
Black paper. 1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds. 1 tea spoon
Clove. 2/3
Green cardom. 2/3
Selmon stick. 2/3
𝙈𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜
𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 1
- heat oil in pen add green cardom, by leaves,cumin seeds, fry the fixed hot spicesin the oil.
𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥2
- peel and grind the ginger garlic paste and put in pen
𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥3
3)put the meat in pen and frying well with ginger garlic paste.
𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥4
4)after that ,fry the meat well add all spices like red chilli, coriander powder, turmeric powder,salt fry all the spices with the meat

5)then add 🍅 tomatoes inside the meat and fry with tomatoes ,

6)after add curd and fry 🧅 onions

- add two glass of water and keep it on low heat

- it takes 45 minutes to cook the meat

- when the meet tender add wash and peel potatoes in it and add 1 glass of water keep it on low heat. Let it five minute for low heat

- finally sprinkle ground hot spices and green coriander leaves over it ..

1)aloo gosht is ready ,serve it to eat in my family like aloo gosht with rice

Read meat is a rich source of nutrients .in meat high quality of protein .fiber, iron, zincphosphros,selenium,vitemanb12 is very important for for boy meat is exist viteman B12
And also vitemanb3 in read meat it's improve your skin,nerves systemand digestive system
If we took about potatoes it's high amount of phaspros iron and it's better for heart health.

This is my family favourite dish dish .aloo gosht seems so delicious curry that we eat it more and it digested very quickly .aloo gosht is curry that does not fill heart at I make it twice a week with rice my kids love this dish very much .

This is my today's recipe aloo gosht I hope you enjoy it and must try your home the eroma and flavour different from the other dishes and you have to serve with rice and naan but my family like with rice
