A) healthy food is very important for human health.first of all you have to know What should we eat? If we use healthy recipes in daily meal we can prevent different diseases and And our immunity will be strengthened.now I have to share you healthy Recipe of fry lady finger

fry lady finger

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙮
Lady finger. 1 kg
Tomatoes. 4
Green chili. 4/5
Red chili. 1 table spoon
Turmeric. 1 table spoon
Salt. 1 table spoon
Cumin seeds. 1 table spoon

Method

step1

wash and soak the lady finger in bowl.

use stainer and throw of excess water.cut the lady finger.

heat oil in pen .Add the chopped onions to the oil.frying until the colour changed the onion.

add lady finger and frying 2-3 minutes.

addall the spices according to the spices list. And mix all the spices add tomatoes and green chili.

medium flame and covered it for 20 minutes. there is no need to add water when the lady finger tender .

Lady finger is good source of calcium iron.in lady finger lots of minerals and vitemans like viteman k ,c,a it's good for brain health,it's effected for cardio vascular health.remove constipation and improve immunal system it's very beneficial for diabetic patient.and I make lady finger twice a week and we can't ignore this beneficial nutrient vegetable.

First of all balance diet is very important for human body We should eat from food that is carbohydrate,calcium,minerals ,good fats,protein,fats,vitemans are existed in our diet .if we took about healthy and balance died it's included in fish.mrat,pulses,dry fruits,red meat ,milk .so we should plane our weekly food chart The benefit of this is that you will get rid of various diseases and look healthy. And everyone wants to be healthy

1)Regular exercise is very important for human body At least 40 to 45 minutes daily walk.

  1. Full sleep: Six to seven hours of sound sleep is very important for everyone .
    3)Use of vegetables and fruits in food should be maximized. Balance diet is basically very essential.Water consumption should be increased and protein should be consumed.
  2. A full medical check-up of your body should be done every three months.
    Mental well being
  3. Daily exercise and deep breathing exercises should be done.Meditation greatly reduces stress.And exercise keeps the mind fresh, so exercise should be done regularly.
  4. avoid over thinking; We should increase our social gatherings and meet like minded people as much as possible so that whatever stress is there is less.
    Positive habits: Whenever there is a mental stress you should engage yourself in a positive habit like reading a book ,listening music ,watching television,going on long trip for driving .The best person is the one who has to remove himself from tension.
