Hello Every one,

Welcome to my belog .how are you all.Iam @roohiasif99 from Pakistan.Today I am share you some knowledge about basic herbs and it's function of our body.Using Herbs has been running since ancient times.because it that time there is no medical facilities .People used to treat themselves with vegetables fruits and herbs in our diet.now a days we used some herbs for culinary and some used for medicine.reason is that there is no sight effect .about fifty to eighty thousand herbs plants existed in world wide .

Herbs important for health

Uses of herbs very important for life because herbs are found in minerals and vitamins and antioxidant bioactive compounds. our body required these things specially for mental health and it's reduce stress level boost immune system good for digestion .now I am telling you about some basic herbs and it's benefits for our body .

Ginger

1)ginger is powerful antiflammatiry.it is use to relief from nausea in digestion.

2)ginger can also help low blood pressure .It helps in digesting our food. Reduce cholesterol level and improve blood circulations .
Raw ginger for often used for cooking for some meals ,and also used for fresh drink.more ever ginger tea is more effect for cold and cough and it's reduced bloating and gas in issue .mostly I drink ginger tea after meal.

Garlic

1)Garlic is very effective in heart diseases .it's reduced cholesterol level and improve blood circulation.soecially for diabetic patients. It's lot in vitamins and minerals.its provide vitamin c and b6 and manganese.

Garlic contain antioxidant properties .it's protect our cells .And its use can prevent diseases like cancer.but most important think uses of ginger moderate .Eating too much ginger causes blood to thinner.

Cardamom

There are two types of cardamom black cardamom and green cardamom.in incident time cardamom use in cuisines .in Pakistan cooking used cardamom sweet and sour.its used for digestion bloating and gas .

Cardamom are fond in viteman A,B6 and vitamin c. Vitamin c good for skin health boosting
the immune system I use it in my food.

Turmeric

Turmeric is belong to the ginger family it's found on orange- yellow colour .it's anti inflammatory properties existed.It protects our bones from joint pain.all over the world there any many medicines and supplement found in turmeric and using culinary .
If we drink milk and add 1 table spoon of dry turmeric powder it's very beneficial for health .It also protects us from cancer.support for joined health and promoting better health .

mint

Mint is commonly used in cooking and beverages .it's give very cooling and refreshing effect .mint also made a tea .and used fresh and dry both the leaves for cooking and refreshing juice.mint use in different medicines specially cough and in throat infections.

Cinnamon stick

Cinnamon sticks mostly used in cooking .it's flavour and taste is very unique .cinnamon stick mostly used in baking ,beverages,deserts.i am using cinnamon in grind it powder form it's very beneficial for morning for one pinch in water.its high amount of anti oxidant properties specially for digestive system .it's supporting for heart health.
