Avoid from sick in winter we need more protection about our health as compared to other season like
•First of all we stay active with regular exercise.
•Stay Hydrated in winter because some people not take a much water in Winter so we remember this thing.
•Stay freshed (take shower daily) in Winter some people don't this Which is not good for health.
•Complete their sleep cycle properly It's very beneficial for our health.
These some Common steps which fallow and avoid from illness in Winter

Mantaning healthy diet in winter I much more need as compared to other season because the outer environment is Cold and our body maintain our hemostasis process (manitain internal &external temperature) work more for this process.
In Winter we take some Protein like boiled eggs,fish,poltry and nuts.
Take much fruit and vegetables in parents in this season
HydrationStay hydrate in winter season more than other
Take Vitamin D In Winter the sun light decrease and we not take properly sun light which is necessary for vitamin d so we take this from external source like injection and capsule.
So we need to take healthy diet in winter.

In winter it is vary important to dress up properly with warmly clothes.
We need to waer a Leather jacket The leather is very warm so we used to wear jackets.
We need to waer a Caps on Head when we come out from home for some activities.
We wear to Gloves for protection and warm the hands.
We wear to needs the Warm shoes for protection of foot.
We wear the need of warm sweaters Which protect our body from Cold.
In winter we need to protect our whole body from interact with Cold because its show some complications .

In winter many health issues face by some people we discuss Here some of them
First of All Some people have problem to take breath in winter which is known as Respiratory Infection

Low temperature and humidity in winter causes of Dry Skin which is very common in some people

Low temperature in winter the cause. Joint painlike arthritis inflamation between joint.

In some people the immunity decres and the viral infection attack easily like ful,sore throt, sneezing and watery eyes etc.

So we remember that the winter is not always gives us favour So we completely cover our body maintain the diet in winter and any other complications visit our phacsion as soon as possible.
