How are you all doing? I hope all of you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah and enjoying your life happily. I'm also fine and enjoying my day with family. Today I'm here to participate in amazing Contest!! || Monkey pox🐒🐵 organized by @khursheedanwar in my favorite healthy Steem Community. I'm feeling happy while participating in this amazing contest because it is very informative. So let's start.

The monkey pox disease is called monkey pox because it is first found in monkey's and it is caused by monkey pox virus. Monkey pox virus is the same group of viruses that is called smallpox. The first case of this study reported in 1970 in cango. Now is renamed by WHO and it is called Mpox.
It is caused by viruses which is called monkeypox virus & it is belong to poxviridae family.
Monkey pox disease is also called zoonotic because it is transfer from animal to human.
It is mostly found in central and west Africa.

Monkey pox (Mpox) is a viral disease not bacterial because there are several reasons that mentioned below
The causative agent that found in Mpox that belong to poxviridae family.
Viruses are the tiny infectious agent that replicate in inside of the cell whereas bacteria that' are single cell and it is treated with antibiotics etc.

According to my research there are no evidence of bacterial involvement in the monkey pox virus and antibacterial treatment are not much effective for this disease.
The disease is diagnosed by laboratory tests such as PCR.

There are following symptoms that appears after monkey pox virus

✓ The most primary symptom of monkey pox is rash ,that formed outside of the human body. It is painful rash and have 4 stages. It is mostly appears on the feet,hand,face, mouth and on genitals parts.
✓ The second most symptom is fever which is accompanied by chills.
√ Lymph nodes swelling : lymph nodes may swell in neck, groin and armpits.
✓ Muscle aches may also occurs.
✓ Pain in backbone and in joints.
√ Severe headache
✓ Respiratory symptoms also occurs like sore
throat, cough and nasal congestion.
✓ Bloody stools
✓ Rectal bleeding
✓ Fatigue
✓ Scabies
✓ Blisters
✓ It is look like pimples and blisters and it is painful and itchy.

The answer of this question is Yes , monkey pox is curable. There are several ways in which it cure and prevented
• Monkey pox have vaccine which can prevent from infection especially at high risk.
• The further studies of treating Mpox virus are underway.
• Proper care needed to control the monkey pox virus. The goal is treating monkey pox is proper care of the raches, proper management of pain and complete prevention from further complications.
• Early care is very important to control the further infections and symptoms of the morning monkey pox.
• Many antivirals such as tecovirimit is used to treat smallpox, have been also used to treat monkey pox.
• Several over-the-counter medicine like paracetamol and antibiotics that can help to feel better, these medicine include
• Pain relievers like ibuprofen , paracetamol and some others Diclofenac salts.
• Medications for fever like ibuprofen and paracetamol also can help.
• Antibiotics for bacterial infections
• Self care is also very important for prevention.
• Stay home stay safe from further infections.
• Live alone in your own room if it is possible.
• Wash hands with sanitizer or soap before or after touching your pimples or blisters and sores.
• Wear mask is also very important.
• Cover lesions when other's people around until your rash heals properly.
• Keep skin dry and apply moisturizer
• Take warm baths and take bath with baking soda and epsom salts is preferable for body sores.
