Hope all my friends are doing well I am going to share with you guys a contest titled BEHAVIOR. I am going to tell you guys some contest tips in it. From which these things will become clear, what is behavior and how many types are there etc. and what are its advantages and disadvantages.
👉 What is behavior?
Behavior means what is your manner of speaking, what is your manner of speaking and how you speak either politely or angrily or with any attitude. Let's talk, this is called behavior. If we define behavior in a simple way, then it will be the action and reaction of people within the thing that you are talking about.
According to psychology, people are judged by what kind of behavior they have, if their behavior and way of speaking is good, then everyone will be influenced by you. Behavior should be good. That you people should have a good way of speaking.

There are many types of human behavior which describe how the behaviors are as follows.
Innate behavior:
Innate behavior is called a behavior in which the child born naturally has some changes or reflexes or attitude etc. in some behavior is called innate behavior.
Learned behaviors:
This is the second type of behavior in which some of the behavior we learn from experience or education teaches us how to communicate well and do our jobs.
Pro social behavior:
It is a behavior that is learned from the society, just like some companies are such that you see abuse with friends and some companies that are learned to pee, it is called pro-social behavior.
Anti social behavior:
It is also a type of behavior in which what we learn from our society i.e. stealing or cursing or doing some unit work becomes part of this behavior and it is called anti-social behavior.
👉 How can our behavior affect our health?
It affects our health in such ways:
Diet and nutrition:
Diet and nutrition is an important part of behavior. It also becomes a behavior within it. Health may also deteriorate.
Physical activity:
There are things in physical activity that if you do not exercise according to your routine, your health may deteriorate. Exercise is very important for health and sports are also very important for it. Playing can damage your health, it makes your mind sharp.
Sleeping activity:
It is also very important to fulfill the names of your people. Sleep should also be completely fulfilled.
Hygienic:
Hygienic practices are also very important in that if we don't keep our body clean then many diseases can occur like taking daily bath and taking good care of our health by knowing hi and keeping our body clean. It is very important to keep it. There is also a hadith that cleanliness and hygiene are very important, so keep your body clean.
