Mental health is so important in our lives that it is fundamental to a highly performance-based outcome in our daily activities, relationships, and careers. To that end, I will describe here how I practically use methods of securing mental health both personally and professionally.
Importance of daily exercise |

Exercise has been one of the main ways I've used it to maintain my mental health. Physical exercise produces endorphins, the feel-good chemicals that increase mental happiness. Helps me maintain happiness throughout my day and helps me manage my stress and sad moments especially when needed.

Exercising three to four times a week. One is that it has the advantage of keeping my body warm, and the other is that it helps me relax a lot.
In addition, I sometimes belong to a different social process, for example, it is even more satisfying when I exercise with someone. This is a great way to develop mental strength.

Years ago, relaxation exercises became a necessity for me. It can be considered a great way to manage the burden of my day's busyness and responsibilities. Setting aside 10-15 minutes a day for breathing and relaxation exercises has become my routine.

I do this through pranayama and meditation. Through pranayama, I control my breathing, thereby increasing my mental strength and concentration. This gives me the rest I need most and helps keep my mood and relationships in check.
Because of the time I devote to this, I can quickly clear my mind of many other tasks or commitments and get good results for them. This method has become very important to me in maintaining my mental stability and controlling my daily mood swings.

In this way, I not only review all access and activity related to my thoughts but avoid them, allowing me to maintain more accurate and recoverable roles and relationships.
