How are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a great and wonderful day today I will be taking parts in an amazing contest organized by @aaliarubab with the theme "Clean & Shine: The Health and Hygiene Showdown!"
WHAT IS HYGIENE AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO ONE'S HEALTH?
According to my own personal understanding and my own research hygiene can simply be defined as the process of keeping yourself and your surrounding extremely clean for the purpose of preventing illness and also for the purpose of preventing the spirit of diseases
It is very important and necessary at the same time for a person to maintain a good personal hygiene because of the following reasons
- It helps prevent the spread of diseases
- It helps prevent unnecessary illness
- It promotes a healthy living
- It helps in encouraging good health etc
LIST AND EXPLAIN WAYS TO KEEP GOOD HYGIENE
The following are some of the ways English a person can maintain a good personal hygiene and there are;
- By brushing our teeth before and after eating
- Washing our hands regularly
- Sweeping the floor regularly
- Having our bath regularly especially before going to bed
- Ensuring that our kitchen utensils are always very clean
Maintaining a good hygiene is very simple since it has to do with cleanliness all we need do is to ensure that both our environment and ourselves are sparkling clean with a proper checkup on a regular basis to maintain the cleanliness as a way of maintaining good health.
WHAT DO YOU UNDERSTAND BY THE PHRASE "CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS"
What I understand about the phrase "cleanliness is next to Godliness" is been drawn from our Christian teachings which is in the Old Testament that says when Moses was on the holy mountain as he was speaking with God he had to remove his shoes and well barefooted as instructed because the ground he was standing was holy
Which is to say that a Godly life is not a dirty life rather it is a life full of cleanliness both in spirit and in the physical body that is why we need to keep ourself clean both our hearts, soul, mine and our body because that is a true Godly life
CONCLUSION
This will be where I will call my entry to an end but remember to always maintain a good personal hygiene because not only is it a way of maintaining and promotes in good health rather it is also a Godly way of life

Does Holiness has any contraction with Cleanliness? Because from your write-up, you shade the part where Moses had to remove his shoes before entering into the holy place. Please I need a respond to this question. Thanks... I wish you best of luck....
Holiness has nothing to do with cleanliness but in the bible Moses was asked to remove his shoes since he was in the present of God who is holy
