Hello dear friends of steem health, I greet you all, I hope you all are feeling okay I'm so excited to be in this community again today I want to participate in a wonderful contest titled "Mental Peace" it is such an amazing topic in which I decided to come across steem health community and I was able to find such a wonderful contest. All thanks to @suboohi for organising this wonderful contest. Here are my thoughts.

What do you understand by mental peace.

Mental peace simply refers to the state of been calm and contentment, it is also a feeling of being at peace with one another or oneself, it is also a practice that takes time and effort, mental peace is also the ability of facing problems with a peaceful heart. For one to also practice mental peace you have to practice mindfulness this actually refers to the practice of been engaged in the current moments of one thoughts and feelings, it also involves approaching experiences with an open mindset.

Mental peace also refers to the process in which a person can free his or her mind from getting worried about anything, anyone has to be consistent and stay focus even if it is in the mist of challenges, mental peace also helps to supports physical health, booste self confidence and also helps to improves emotional regulation.

Describe the effects of achieving mental peace on a body.

Achieving mental peace also has a profound impact on the body which can simply leads to the range of positive effects, this includes.

  1. Increased Energy: This actually has to be with your mind when it is at peace your body can be able to function properly, it also helps to reduce mental exhaustion there by leaving you with more mental focus.

  2. Improved Sleep: This is also one of the benefits of mental peace expecially when your mind is able to relax properly it will simply leads to a better sleep quality, it can also leads to increased energy levels there by making it easier to enhance daily task.

  3. Radiant Skin: This has to do when your mind is at peace, your body also responds glowing with person health, it also helps to a better hydration habits and reducing dryness which can leads to a more skin tone and radiant glow.

  4. Balanced Weight: This is also one of the great benefit of mental peace, this has to do with the reducing of the emotional attachment to food, it can also leads to an overall sense of well-being there by making it easier to maintain a healthy weight.

  5. Relaxed Muscle: This actually helps to relaxed response which can leads to clenched muscles, it also helps to release physical tension and stress which will helps in form of relaxation and calm.

Tell us about the ways through which help to get mental peace

There are some various ways in which a person can cultivate metal peace and this techniques are as follows...

  1. Walking or Nature: Being in nature as been shown to have an effect on the mind. This has also helps us to feel connected to something larger than ourselves.

  2. Engage in activities You Enjoy: This also has to do with your house chores in which you like doing like football playing, dancing, running and jumping this activities can helps to cultivate mental peace.

  3. Seek Social Support: This has to do with having connections with family and friends and also enable to learn from them and this will simply helps you to have their support which also helps to have mental peace.

  4. Practice Forgiveness: This has to deal with the process of letting go of that negative emotions with pass experienced and this can increase empathy and understanding for others.

  5. Mindfulness Meditation: This has to deal with the act of paying attention and focusing on the present moment without distraction, this also helps in developing emotionally awareness and overall sense of peace.

  6. Self Compassion: This has to do with the way you're treating yourself. You have to treat yourself with kindness and understanding most expecially when you make mistakes, this also develop the ability for you to bounce back from difficult emotions.

  7. Gratitude Practice: This actually involves focusing on what you're always grateful for which can easily shift your perspective and also helps to shift focus on negative thoughts to positive ones. This can also helps to express gratitude towards others and build a strong connection.

Also note that mental peace is a journey not a destination. It's important to be kind and compassionate with ourselves as we work to cultivate a greater peace in our minds.
