Contest Alert ⚠️ Heat Stroke

Greetings my beautiful steemians, I hope everyone is doing good by the special Grace of God, I'm also fine as well it's my pleasure to be here again tonight, I will be participating in an interesting contest titled "Heat Stroke" and you all will be reading my blog soon. All thanks to @suboohi for organising this Great contest challenge and I will be participating right away and the heat here is too much in Nigeria but I will answer the questions below...

Heat stroke is a characterised medical conditions that actually occurs when the body temperature regulating system is overloaded, it sometimes causes the body temperature to rise in such a way that someone didn't expect, sometimes it maybe very dangerous to the body and it can actually leads to death because of it's bad attack to health.

And this is the main problem in which we are facing here in Nigeria due to heat stroke it's really getting out of hand at times I will be working empty body just to overcome heat stroke I think this is also due to the atmosphere because when it actually gets hot there's no how it will develope heat, my prayer is that God should save us from this medical condition because heat stroke is really getting out of hand.

I also have some of the symptoms of heat stroke to share with you all and the symptoms are as follows....

1. Vomiting: When this symptom occurs it can actually makes the patient to vomits and feels like giving up.

2. Severe headache: In this symptom the temperature will rise above 104°F or even more than that.

3. Lost of coordination: This symptom can actually makes a person to experience difficulty in walking or maintaining balance.

4. Sweating: In this case the skin may actually feels hot and start developing heat which will actually leads to heart stroke.

5. Racing Heart Rate: This symptom can actually occurs during a sunny day and it can actually cause the pulse to rise without noticing it.

6. Headache: This symptom can actually makes the head to develop alot of pain and it can be unbearable sometimes which may actually leads to heart stroke.

Incase we see any situation of this kind please kindly ensure to follow first aid steps this includes....

• Stay with them: Please endeavour not to leave the Person, you need to stay with the person until his or her medical help arrives to rescue him or her.

• Loosen Tight Clothing: Also endeavour to remove any tight clothing and make sure that you tight it round the person's chest or waist to avoid the person from been leads to death.

• Call Emergency Services: In this case we also have to dial the emergency number 911 to put call across in any of our area right away.

• Lastly we should also endeavour to give cold water to the person so that it will helps to calm down the brain and also endeavour not to give alcoholic to the person at that moment.

Also take note that medical intervention is crucial for effective treatment of long-term damage or death. Stay informed, and seek help quickly if you or somebody you know is experiencing this symptoms.
