What does the word "happiness" mean to you?
The warmth of a smile or the laughter of loved ones are examples of simple pleasures that bring happiness. It is incredibly fulfilling to assist people and have a positive impact. My journey has more depth when I face obstacles head-on while being resilient and upbeat. Contentment is a result of having gratitude for what I have and living in the moment. Having what I want doesn't make me truly happy; instead, true pleasure comes from appreciating and enjoying what I currently have. Because life is unpredictable, we learn important lessons that add richness and significance to our lives. A life well-lived and loved is the result of valuing the little things and savouring each event. Genuine relationships and the beauty of everyday life are the keys to happiness.
Do you consider that happiness is a decision of each person?
Every person's life journey is special and unique, in my opinion. Finding happiness can be difficult for certain people due to challenges. Life isn't always fair; health problems, money problems, or even personal losses can overshadow happiness. It promotes empathy and compassion to realise this. As their hardships could be concealed, we shouldn't judge them by their outward appearances. Happiness is not a universal trait; it differs from person to person. We must be adaptable and forgiving in our search for joy. A more compassionate society is created through recognising the unique circumstances of others. Empathy brings us together and serves as a reminder to be kind and helpful as we all travel through the uncharted territory of life.
What things make you happy? Give an example of an incident that made you happy.
Finding joy in everyday experiences and feeling tremendous fulfilment from helping others are what I consider to be the true definitions of happiness. I can still vividly recall an emotional occurrence that made an impact.
I saw a homeless boy being turned away from a restaurant while I was eating because of his unkempt clothing as he stood at the door. I kindly invited him inside since I could not bear to see him. I saw his face light up with thanks and delight as I offer him food.
My heart flooded with happiness in that priceless instant. It served to emphasise the significant significance of even the most modest deeds of compassion. I felt a sense of purpose and great delight knowing I had a positive impact. It served as a reminder that fostering compassion breeds ties that are genuine and enduring.
Do you think happiness can help your health?
Happiness is directly correlated with excellent health. It has been observed that those who are content with their lives experience fewer health issues. As we've seen, unhappy people tend to be unwell, stressed, depressed, etc. Meanwhile, cheerful people are always busy, and happiness is crucial for enhancing our immune systems. It is clear that cheerful people have a positive outlook, which indicates that they have strong emotional bonds. A person's life can be completely destroyed by sadness, this is coz sadness causes one to become worried and unhappy. So at the end of the day there is no doubt that happiness is highly important for our health.

Positive outlooks and emotional bonds are common among cheerful individuals. Conversely, sadness can have a detrimental impact on one's life, leading to worry and unhappiness. Therefore, it is evident that happiness is crucial for maintaining good health.
