WHAT IS EXERCISE

Exercise is an activity requiring physical effort, carried out to sustain or improve health and fitness. Exercise varies depending on your purpose of exercising. We have different kinds of exercise one should indulge in it.

TYPES OF EXERCISE

We have different kinds of forms of exercise, depending on what you are looking out for, wether for fitness, burning of fat, health check, for muscle etc. exercise is necessary for healthy leaving. There are different types,kind and forms of exercise but I will be talking on this four which intales what exercise is all about.

1: Endurance (Aerobic): this type of exercise increases your breathing and heart rate, it keeps you healthy, give you fitness and helps you perform the duties you do everyday. It helps to improve the health of your heart, lungs and circulatory system. It also helps to prevent some aged sicknesses.

2: Strength Exercise: this type of exercise helps to improve your musclar strength, it makes your become and stay independent making everyday activity very easy to carry out. It gives you balance whereby preventing you from falling because your muscles are gaining strength. You can achieve this by constantly climbing the staircase or carrying groceries. While some people do buy lifting weights but before you lift weights start with the smaller ones then gradually upgrade to to big ones. By doing this you are upgrading your muscular strength.

3: Flexibility exercise: this type of exercise helps to be more flexible all round, flexible in all your joints such as hand, leg, neck, waist, etc. with this type of exercise you will not struggle to pick up things from the ground or tie your shoes lace, scratch your back, stretch to pickup something, dance freely or chorographing. This type of exercise is very very essential because it helps the jointly parts of your body move freely and not being rigid.

4: Balance Exercises: this type of exercise helps you to gain and sustain balance so that you won't easily fall at the slightest push or stumble. You can stablise your balance by doing some kneel to toe Exercise, standing on one foot exercise, heel to toe walk, standing from a seat position exercise etc. This types of exercise helps to balance you, give you stability.
