Greetings to all,
First of all, many thanks to this community authority for selecting this great content. At the time of the creation of the world that means in the primitive age, the lifestyle of people was different. Along with everything else, the medical system was ancient.

But if you compare it, it will be seen that the primitive people were physically stronger and healthier. I think a lot of information about ancient medical systems will come out through written questions in this competition.

👩⚕️ In your country, ¿what type of ancient medicine did they perform?

IMG_20240327_170815.jpg

Many ancient methods were used in treatment in our country. Some of which are still in use. But I will now talk about an ancient method of treatment.

A creeper plant can be seen in our surroundings. Which is known as a German creeper in common vernacular. First of all, it is readily available and very beneficial for wounds.

That is why it has been very popular in past times. In short, it is often used as a first-line treatment. Our country did not have an advanced medical system in the past. As a result, people used various natural treatment methods.

👩⚕️ ¿Can you give your honest opinion according to your beliefs? (your point of view is valuable to us)

Of course, now I prefer modern, advanced-technology treatment methods. But taking the current medicine is somewhat risky. It is very dangerous, especially where I live.

We still have to go to the district town or divisional town for proper treatment. Otherwise, take the medicine immediately from the pharmacy. That is, it can be seen that many times medicine is taken beyond the capacity of the body.

Moreover, due to the non-availability of skilled doctors, the wrong medicines are given. It causes great harm to a sick person's body.

But considering that aspect, the ancient method of treatment is absolutely the best. Because it is collected from natural sources. That is why there is no possibility of any physical damage from using this method.

I still love some of the ancient healing methods. For example, jaundice is a waterborne and dangerous disease. This disease can lead to death if left untreated.

But this disease is curable without advanced technological treatment methods. Papaya is a fruit known to everyone in villages and towns in my country. Small papayas that are just sticky from the flower curry can be cured of jaundice if eaten regularly.

In fact, I dislike advanced medical procedures at all. Because the number of diseases in the human body will increase day by day, modern medical methods are necessary to diagnose them.

Also, I have a very positive opinion about ancient medical practices. Besides, if we know the correct usage rules and apply them to our body, then we can recover physically much faster.

👩⚕️ ¿Can you describe some elements they used at the time? What was the special use of each one?

Yes, of course, I can describe some of the natural ingredients used at that time. I heard this from my grandmother. Moreover, in my case, my grandmother used it in childhood.

I was just six years old then. Sometimes it was cut here and there because of my speed. Similarly, one afternoon, while playing with friends, I cut my knee.

It hurt so bad that I still have that mark on my right knee. I well remember my grandmother squeezing a German vine with both hands and applying the juice to my wound.

As soon as I put it on my wound, I felt a little pain, but the bleeding stopped immediately. Then I couldn't go out to play for about a week.

Especially in ancient times, people could not go to the doctor if they wanted to. Since then, life has been constantly about working hard to earn a living, and since then, there have been cases of amputation.

👩⚕️ Design a scenario about ''Ancient medicine''

➡️Firstly, I traced this vine plant and identified the young leaves.

➡️Secondly, I plucked the leaves from the identified young vine plants by hand. Also, I carefully observed whether there are any insecticidal germs in it.

➡️Thirdly, I made a small circle in my hand.

➡️Fourthly, I put it between my two hands and squeezed it for a while. I loosened the leaves whenever I realized they were crushed and oozing juice.

➡️In the fifth step I squeezed with two fingers to see if the juice was coming out. Because it is necessary to give the juice of the vine plant before applying it to any wound.

➡️In the sixth step, the plant can then be given the remaining part of the vine. However, if you are at home, you can tie it with any other bandage-like cloth.

Conclusion:

There are some cases that when you think about it, it seems that the previous treatment method is good and on the other hand it is bad. Because in ancient times, many people died without treatment due to various undiagnosed diseases. On the other hand, people also die due to wrong application of current medicine. Considering this, earlier medicinal materials obtained from natural sources were better.

In this attractive topic, i would like to invite some of my honourable steemian friends @solaymann, @shohana1 and @yancar.

Hello friend,

you are right primitive people used to treat such herbal ingredients and they were strong. You still love ancient medicine and apply it to yourself. Papaya cures Jaundice I did not know this treatment came to know. I have also used this German vine to stop bleeding in wounds. If we know the uses of these neglected herbal ingredients around us, staying healthy will be easy without spending money

The German creeper, commonly found in our surroundings, has been valued for its healing properties, particularly for treating wounds. In the absence of advanced medical systems in the past, natural remedies like this creeper were often relied upon as primary treatments. Its ready availability and effectiveness made it popular among communities, highlighting the resourcefulness of traditional medicine in addressing healthcare needs. Such a great post with useful information my friend, keep it up 👍👍
