We watched a documentary yesterday about bacteria. Oh my word, it was so interesting. They showed how certain bacteria can be used for treating tumors, to breakdown plastic, and yes, to improve mental health. There are lots of clinical trials currently happening, and I cannot wait to learn more about the end results.
Bacteria might just be the answer we've been waiting for. Not just for us humans but also for our environment.
