Friends, you all are very welcome to my competition today. I hope all of you are happy in your life and healthy. Today I am participating in this beautiful competition. Today's topic in this competition is very interesting. I would like to thank Healthy Steam for organizing this competition. This competition has been organized in a very excellent manner. I liked it. I am very happy to participate in this competition.

All the daily activities are written in this competition, out of which we can share a new competition every day by seeing the day here. Today we are allowed to share healthy food or healthy recipes. Today I am sharing my healthy recipe in this competition. I am going to prepare this recipe with eggs. Eggs are good for our health, so we should eat eggs. Today in this competition I am sharing an easy way of how to make Egg Curry . I hope you like it.

Egg Curry Recipe

Red chilli powder2 tsp
Turmeric Powder1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder2 spoons
Salt1 teaspoon

METHOD OF MAKING

To make egg curry we have to take eggs. I have taken four eggs here. You can take it at your convenience. Boil the eggs thoroughly in water. When the eggs are boiled well, remove the egg shells, cut them, and keep them aside.

After that, we have to chop the onion finely. After heating the oil in a pan, add onion and cumin seeds. Then we have to add ginger-garlic paste and mix it. Let us stay for a while.

After that, we have to take two tomatoes. We have to chop it finely add it and mix all the ingredients well. We have to leave it on low flame.

Now we have to add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, masala, and salt and mix all the ingredients. We have to remember that our spices should not burn. Therefore, we have to keep the gas flame low.

If we feel that the spices are burning then we have to add water. We have to let it sit until the water boils. When the water starts boiling, add the eggs we have prepared. After that we have to add chopped coriander. Then we have to cook it slowly and well.
