Contest !! ||Medical emergency
Friends, hope you all are happy and healthy. Friends, my friend @khursheedanwar has announced a very good contest and I felt very good that someone would listen to my knowledge also. Although I am a non-medical person, I have learned a lot from my husband @alfazmalek. I have done a Bachelor's degree in Law, so I have a lot of knowledge about law, but being a non-medical person, I know so much that it can save a person's life. So let's enjoy the questions of the contest.
Medical emergency means we can call any such emergency in which we can consider a person as a patient and the medical services we can provide to him to save his life or to give him some relief from the extreme problem of his disease, is called medical emergency. Can say. This is a very challenging task for all the healthcare workers who handle medical emergencies. My husband has worked in emergency for almost 3 years and is now on the healthcare administration team, but I know every single scenario he used to tell me. Medical emergency is when the patient is in pain and the doctor considers his pain as his own and serves him. When a life is saved, people praise it, but when there is no life in the patient's body, still people say to save the life, then it becomes a different scenario that the doctor just counsels people and keeps hope that They should not be beaten by the relatives of the deceased even if it is not their fault.

The first emergency procedure is basic life support, which is done when the patient's heart suddenly stops. The sinoatrial node on the roof of the left atrium of the heart which passes the current stops, hence the heart is pumped from outside and the blood is made to circulate throughout the body so that the heart starts again and brain hypoxic injury. Be saved from. So that the patient can live life like before again.
Intercostal drainage is a procedure that helps release the pressure of air or blood in the pleural space of the lungs. When a road traffic accident occurs and the patient's bone breaks and goes into the lungs from the pleural space, then the pleural cavity of the lung gets filled with blood or air and the patient is unable to breathe, hence pressure is applied by putting a pipe on it using sterile technique. It is released and the patient starts breathing.
Intubation: Intubation is an invasive medical procedure. When a patient cannot breathe due to medical or surgical reasons, intubation is required for an invasive ventilator. For example, if a patient has sepsis and due to sepsis his blood pressure is decreasing, then the oxygen supply will also not be proper. Therefore the patient needs respiratory protection. Or if a patient has met with an accident and has suffered a head injury and the patient is in a coma i.e. unconscious, then he needs respiratory protection and then intubation takes place.
When I went to my nearby garden(5 months ago) for morning exercise, suddenly an uncle fell in front of me. I first looked around to see that there was no danger to me, then I went near uncle and screamed in his ear but I was not getting any response from uncle, then I called 108 (India's medical emergency helpline) and asked him for help. Checked carotid pulse but there was no pulse. There was no pulse so I understood that uncle's heartbeat had stopped, so I immediately started cardiopulmonary resuscitation. I gave chest compressions 30 times and delivered breaths 2 times. In this way I did 4 cycles and then checked the pulse. There was no pulse in the first cycle, so I repeated the remaining cycles. Pulse had come in the 4th cycle and by then the ambulance had also arrived. Uncle was admitted in the hospital for 22 days and when he recovered, he came to my house and thanked me. In this way, I performed the emergency procedure of basic life support on uncle and everyone should know this. But nowadays what happens is that everyone gets a fake certificate but no one even knows the basics of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Theoretical knowledge tells us how work is done and how it should be done, whereas practical knowledge tells us how we should work in that situation or situation. If we have theoretical knowledge with the page numbers of the book then it is good but if we do not have practical knowledge then theoretical knowledge is of no use to us. So practical knowledge tells a person how to act in the current situation and a person must have practical knowledge. But what happens is that people have degrees that look like garbage, no matter how many you count, but they do not have the practical knowledge that they need. So he doesn't hold any degree about which he has no knowledge. And this is not for any field or medical field but is necessary for engineers, tailors, businessmen and everyone.
