👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

Aging can be be seen as the time related deterioration of the physiological functions that is needed or necessary for survival and fertility.

Aging is also a gradual and continuous process of natural improvement or change that actually starts from early adulthood. Once you're approaching your early middle age, there a lot of body functions that will gradually begin to decline.

Aging can further be explained as the continous and progressive accumulations of changes with time that are responsible for the ever increasing susceptibility to illnesses or diseases which accompanies advancement in age. Aging usually or normally takes place in an organ or a cell, or the total organism with the passage of time. It's a process that goes on over the whole adult life span of any living thing.

The medical process therefore is the dynamic biological, physiological, behavioral, psychological, environmental and even social processes. One of the signs of aging is growing if gray hair etc.

Other processes results in declines in function of the daily life, it senses and activities and also increased susceptibility to and frequency of disease, illness, frailty or disability. Infact aging is one of the major reasons or factors for a number of chronic diseases in humans.

👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

Yes of course! I am seriously afraid of becoming more older, due to some numerous challenges associated with getting older.

The first challenge that comes with getting older or aging is that as we grow older, our immune system weakens, so this makes us more vulnerable to diseases of all kinds and any sort of challenge to the body can do more damage as we get older.

As we get older also, it leads to a gradual and drastic decrease in our physical and mental capacity and it leads to a growing risk of disease and ultimately death. Because as the body grow older, it becomes less efficient interms of regulating and fighting against infections and other illnesses like kidney disease, heart attacks, strokes etc.

Another challenge that comes with getting older is having little or no strength to help out yourself in Life. The older you become the lesser strength you have. You will need someone around to help you do virtually almost everything, things like cooking, fetching water, washing of your clothes, and lots more. The challenge there is you hardly will see or get someone who will help you out with all of this this and won't complain or do it the exact way you will like.

So getting older is one thing that I am so much afraid of, as alot of challenges comes with it!

🙎 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

Some of the nutritional items that can do aging as follows:
Using supplements like glutathione and collagen which is an effective skin lightening soft gel which works from the inside out to give you a glowing, whiter and even skin tone, it also improves the health of the total body cells which helps or enable one to look more younger than your age.

It also helps in skin mosturizarion which leads to deep stimulates blood circulation for healthy skin, it reduces wrinkles, dark spot, scars, and other skin blemishes. The more healthier your skin looks, the younger you look.

Another nutritional items is Constant or regular eating of vegetables.

Vegetables are very rich in skin-supporting nutrients, and they can actually help improve skin elasticity and hydration, they may even help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and it finally result in giving you a more younger looks than your age, fruit consumptions also helps too.

Blueberries is also a nutritional items that can do aging, blueberries being an antioxidants, being vasoprotective, it helps protect blood vessels.

Blueberries also being an anti inflammatory promote healthy blood glucose, and metabolic functions, which are processes that convert food to energy and extract nutrients from it. It gives more nutrients and energy to the body resulting to more younger looks. It can also help reduce the effects of aging on vision and cognition.

👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?

Exercise is very good and essential for healthy living, not just for the older ones but even the younger ones can engage in exercise in order to look more healthier and younger.

A lot of exercises can help and older person look more younger than their age jogging is one of the exercises that can help in reducing older looks.

Regular Jogging can also help you improve your heart health and immune system, reduce insulin resistance, associated with stress and depression, and flexibility is maintained aas you age, making you look and act more younger than your age.

Yoga is another exercise that can help you look more younger even than your age.
Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts.

Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure yoga can also help address them and facilitate younger looks.

Having adequate rest is another exercise that can help you look younger than your age.

Our bodies and minds need rest. Sleeping gives the body time to repair cells. And dreaming is a way we filter through what happened during the day and sleeping also help process emotions leading to a more joyful life which helps one stay younger that their age.

Seriously getting old is one thing I wish will never happen to me, but then there's nothing I can do about it, cause it's part of the stages of life.☹️

Aging is a natural and inescapable phenomenon that happens to people who are advanced in age. When the skin loses its elasticity and the bones begin to wear off, then aging has begin. To some people, It is an added advantage but it is a suffering period for other. This relied on how your adulthood was. You completely nailed down every points mentioned. Good luck on your post.
