What do you understand by common cold? And write causes and symptoms of it.
The common cold is a name that everyone knows. Because there is hardly a single person who has not had a common cold at least once. This common cold is such a common disease. A cold is a disease that is transmitted by viruses that affect the upper respiratory system, such as the nose, throat, larynx, and mucous membranes.
Symptoms usually appear within two days of exposure to the virus. The main symptom is a sore throat. It feels like a itching throat. And the body starts to ache. This symptom is the most unbearable symptom. It is a very uncomfortable. After that there is a white liquid flowing from the nose, headache, sneezing, and fever.
Although this is a disease that usually heals on its own within seven to ten days, it is impossible to avoid taking medicine because of the discomfort felt by the body. Sometimes, common cold can also occur as a symptom of a certain disease, so the patient should be careful about the duration of the symptoms. Also, when you go to the doctor, you should tell them exactly how many days you have had symptoms.

When people get a common cold, they go to the pharmacy and buy an antibacterial like amoxicillin. But antibacterials are given for bacterial infections. Common cold is a viral infection. So antibiotics given for bacterial infections should not be taken from the pharmacy without medical advice. Because people take antibiotics like this on a whim, antibiotics have become resistant today. So, in such a common situation, there are many natural treatments that we can get.
• When we have a common cold, we can drink hot drinks like tea and coffee. Or if we can drink hot water regularly, even a sore throat can be cured quickly.
• You can add a little salt to plain water, dissolve it well, and wash the throat with water. This will help relieve the itching sensation in your throat.
• Eat greens, vegetables, and fruits that naturally contain Vitamin C.
• Avoid straining your body and stay as relaxed as possible during such times. Also, drink plenty of water. Since common cold can cause loss of appetite, add warm foods like soup to your diet.
• Boiling and drinking local herbs such as coriander and ginger can provide relief from symptoms.

• I have good experiences with acne. Because I often get acne on my face. Acne is a very annoying problem. So the best treatment for this is called ice cube treatment. If you can take a few ice cubes and massage your face as soon as you feel a pimple coming on, it will help a lot in reducing acne.
• You can also grind raw turmeric into a paste and apply it on your face, leave it on for a while and then wash it off. Raw turmeric is also a good remedy for acne.
• You can make a paste by mixing pure honey with cinnamon powder, and applying it on your face, leaving it on for about half an hour and then washing it off. This treatment can help get rid of acne as well as acne scars.
• Also, washing your face with lukewarm water can help remove germs and dirt from your face.

• It is essential to have a separate towel for wiping your face. And you should also avoid touching your face frequently and popping pimples.

• Sometimes acne can be caused by dandruffs, so you should take a shower every day to stay clean.

Cold is a common disease for us during winter. But to survive from sitting we have to have some preparations and they have to be prevented nicely. We should refrain from eating cold food and we should get out of various cold environments. We have to take some medicine for this.
