"Prevention From Cough And Cold"

Hello my fellow steemians it good to be home once again, am here to participate in this contest, this season we really face a lot of cold and cough. So I will define they meaning of cough, give you they sign and how to prevent them.

A cold person does not show much emotion, especially affection, and therefore seems unfriendly and unsympathetic. If someone's voice is cold, they speak in an unfriendly unsympathetic way. [disapproval] What a cold, unfeeling woman she was. 'Send her away,' Eve said in a cold, hard voice.

• A runny nose

• You will feel a liquid which will run down at the back of your throat.

• Shortness of breath.

• Heartburn

• coughing out blood.

• Sneezing

• Runny nose

• Stuffy

• your eye will be watery

• And a little fever

There are five treatment I will share with you all on how to treat cold.

• Some treatment on cold*;

• We should always be hydrated by drinking anough water.

• Honey will help prevent cold.

• Taking lemon juice will help too.

• We should always try to rest, let us stop to stressed out our body. By this it will heal faster.

Here I will show you also how to treat cough.

Tips on how to treat cough;

• We should practice how to drink much water, it will help reduce cough.

• Take honey, it will help.

• take some native tea.

• Drink some salty water.

• Eat pineapple, it will help.

• And have anough sleep.
