I have eight ways which we can maximize our
mind,

there include ;

  • We should always do exercise.

  • We should be active mentally

  • Eat healthy food

  • Get enough sleep.

  • We should improve in our blood pressure

  • We should try to maintain low blood sugar level

  • Last try to build social network with people around you.

HOW TO MAXIMIZE OUR BODY

Some tips to maximize our body are ;

  • We should take some water whenever we feel tasty.

  • We should eat enough protein.

  • we should try to choose whole grain, not refined grains

  • We should eat enough fruit and veggies.

  • Lastly we should always exercise our body.

  • we should practice yoga

  • We should always connect with our faith

  • We should always meditate

  • Always try to spend time in nature.

  • We should focus on our hobby

  • We should always speak with someone we trust.
