Why is breastfeeding good for babies and moms, and how does it help babies grow strong?

Breastfeeding is very good for the baby and mother. This helps in providing good nutrition for the baby, breast milk have antibodies, vitamins, and minerals that add to the growth and development of the child. I will say Breastfeeding also improved the immune system of the child and also reduces infections and sickness . I will say for mothers, with the help of breastfeeding it helps in postpartum recovery, even reduces the risk of some kind cancers, and also promotes bonding with each babies. Breastfeeding also releases oxytocin, it means aids in uterine contraction and also add in returning to pre-pregnancy shape in the mother.

How can parents make sure their baby sleeps safely to avoid sudden bad things happening while they sleep?

With the help of this step parent can take it and also learn how to protect their baby when sleeping , the include;

1. Keeping the baby on their back to sleep.
2. Using flat mattress with a tight-fitting and make sure the baby is comfortable.
3. Don’t go for soft bedding, which are; pillows, blankets, with this it can high the risk of SIDS.
4. Always confirm the crib is free from any soft objects, or even toys.
   5.always dress the baby in light, light cloth not heavy cloth and also use a hat to keep the baby head warm.

Trying to Calm a crying baby may be difficult , but here are some tips which may be of help;

1. Skin-to-skin contact: This works like this, keeping the baby on the mother's or any related person bare chest,
2. Swaddling: putting the baby close to the blanket, with this he or she will be comfortable.
3. White noise:you can either choose to play white noise, the include sound machine, this can help stop other sounds which might be disturbing the baby.
4. Sucking: Allowing the baby to suck their their thumb, it can gives comfort.

1. Have safety gates: Parents and siblings need to get safety gates at the high side and also at the bottom of stairs, the can also put it in all rooms and areas.

2. Secure furniture and appliances: Parents and love once should know that heavy furniture, like bookshelves or even a dressers, the should make sure is close to the wall and it is save.

3. Keep a close eye on the baby: it is important to keep a close eye on the baby, parents should watch their babies movement and so on.

Why do babies need imminagation, and how do these imminagation keep babies healthy?

Immunization is very important for babies, it is because it really helps protect the baby from some infections and disease. This helps prevent them from serious sickness , which are measles, mumps, rubella, polio, and cough, this can be very dangerous for the baby. Immunization protects the baby but also helps to stop the spread of those diseases to other babies, mostly those babies whose immune system is fast to get illness.
