What do you mean by a balanced diet
In our various homes we draw out a list of food items to be consumed at certain timeframe; from our personal workable timetable, the settings begin to work as instructed.
In the morning, something soft and mildly comes into our stomach and help us to maintain boundaries. In the afternoon, we ingest something different and in the night, a different items all together.
All this playout as a result of us being able to maintain a workable timetable to suit the diets list we have created.

What is a balanced diet?
A diet is not complete if a proportion of it is removed. So what makes it complete or balance, is the presence of all the classes of food.
There are people that before a day runs off, they've eaten Garri and soup thrice without any other classes of food. To such undertaking, it's not balance. It is imbalance. Most cases, not that we can't provide it, but a nations health can easily affect the citizens not to enjoy similar rights.
Do you have a balanced diet in your life?
Yes. But majestically speaking we the Africans we've been grown with the atmosphere of justify balance diet based on our national influence.
Let's take for instance, in a family of three kids where only the father is working and the mother is a lazy bag. Do you thinking looking at the nations status, that such family can still benefits from its normal diet system which makes it complete?
Africans prefer something that be energetic to their system and can last for longer period of hours, so as to be able to carry out heavy measures. If they should fit themselves into consumation of quality diets on daily basis, I think most of them will just collapse along the way and die.
Do you have any adverse effects from your unhealthy diet?
Though I'm not use to consuming unhealthy diet. Even if it's not complete, but at least it carries the label of newly made registered number. So, I don't think such effects would be possible since I don't consume such kind of products.
What should be added to your daily diet to make it balanced? Share some examples of meals that are balanced
When I was in school my teacher taughts me what the six classes of food are. If I'm a type that ingest tea and bread daily, inorder to make it balance, I will have to purchase proteinous food (egg, etc), fats and oil either to the fried Indomie and many other classes to make it balance.
