Question 2)

Do you have a family member who has problems with diabetes?

Answer;

Diabetes is a condition that affects how the body processes sugar and it can be especially concerning for my grandma. When a person has diabetes their blood sugar levels can become too high leading to various health problems. Managing diabetes involves careful attention to diet exercise and sometimes medication. We everytime encouraging our grandma to eat a balanced diet with fewer sugary foods can help control her blood sugar levels. Regular walks or light exercises can also be beneficial. It's important for her to monitor her blood sugar regularly and follow the doctor's advice. With proper care and support she is leading a healthy life despite diabetes.
