Health refers to a state of overall well-being and functioning of an individual, encompassing physical, mental, and social aspects of their life. It goes beyond the mere absence of disease and involves the harmony and balance of various factors that contribute to a person's optimal functioning.

Physical health is the foundation of well-being, referring to the body's ability to function efficiently and effectively. It involves aspects such as adequate nutrition, regular exercise, sufficient sleep, and the absence of illness or injury.
