Hello people! How are you all? I Hope everyone is doing great. I saw that contest some time ago and found it very interesting so I decided to participate in it. here is my entry for this contest. I wanted to thank you @suboohi for this unique and exciting contest. Here we are going to talk about mental peace.

What do you understand by mental peace.

Mental peace is such a broader term that it is very difficult to define it as a medical student I have read a lot of articles websites and books on the mental peace, mental peace is actually a situation in which you are mentally satisfied and your inner side agree with your outer side and you are going on that part away that you want to do and this also satisfies your soul.

Ultimately this situation when you have all the things that you required then you are mentally relaxed and you have no fears or no worries to think about this is what actually mental peace is near me. Peace of mind is generally associated with a lot of happiness so that you do not have to stress out of anything. It is basically as psychological state which have no physical existence.

describe the effects of achieving mental peace on a body.

Here I am going to describe the major effect that happens on your body when you it is your mental peace:


  • 1- Boost immune system
  • 2- Increase exercise capacity
  • 3- Maintain blood pressure and respiratory rate
  • 4- Decrease chance of infertility
  • 5- Hormonal balance
  • 6- less energy consumption of body
  • 7- Decreases sweating
  • 8- Cure migraine and headache issues
  • 9- Slow down the aging process
  • 10- Decrease need of medical care
  • 11- Reduce chance of chronic diseases
  • 12- Balance your weight
  • 13- decrease pre mensual issues
  • 14- reduce chance of PCOS
  • 15- Balance weight

1-Yoga;

Yoga include so many exercises that can relaxed and body as well and it have many positive impacts on our life

2-Positive Mindset;

Having positive mind set and ability to accept the failures can lead to mental peace because sometimes failure can make a stress and destroy our mental peace

3-Exercise;

Physical activity play a big rule in a dreaming a mental peace because while doing the physical activity the body release and dolphins which are natural moodlifter and they can enhance our mood doing some stretching daily can be very useful.

4-Spirtual Connection with Allah Almighty;

Having a strong connection with Allah almighty can be very helpful for this world and also in the another world because when we reside the Quran and stronger connection with Allah ,He will solve all over problems and give us peace of mind.

5-Good Nutrition;

If you eat right then body will behave right this is one of the quote that my professor usually say because eating well can have so many good impacts on our body so having protein carbohydrates and lipids in a balance quantity to our body and eating fresh vegetable and fruits including vitamins can be very beneficial.

Mental peace is very important for human life which is a good environment, a good family, a good circle of friends, a good diet, the more good the food, the better the environment, the better the friends circle. So much better will be your mental peace.
