Heartburn also known as acidity is a heartburn condition that occurs when acidity increases due to various foods.So it travels down our alimentary canal to the throat which causes heartburn. Heartburn can have various causes which I would like to discuss briefly.
1:Use of more spices in food.
2:Eating out of the ordinary.
3:Not exercising.
Use of more spices in food.
In most of the homes I have seen that people prefer spicy food instead of eating desi and simple food.The use of more spices is the reason for increasing the taste in the food, but at the same time these spices are also the reason for our heartburn.A few years ago, people used to eat simple food which consisted of Buttermilk butter and jaggery etc.And those people were also protected from diseases like heartburn.But today's people prefer spicy things more in their food,95% out of 100% of people suffer from heartburn because of these spicy foods.
Eating out of the ordinary.
Ignoring their meal schedule, some people eat when they have time and eat too much at one time instead of eating twice a day.Eating too much and eating out of the norm is also a major cause of heartburn.
Not exercising.
I think there are also people suffering from heartburn who don't exercise after eating because exercise cures many ailments.But we have forgotten the exercise in our business life and that is why we are in the grip of such diseases.
How to prevent heartburn |

As I have mentioned earlier that there are many reasons that cause heartburn and I have shared three of them with you.If only they are controlled, we can be protected from this disease even without the use of any medicine
If we eat food on time and eat with hunger then heartburn does not occur.Eat more fresh vegetables, fruits, and fresh juices
Instead of using more spices, use simple and less spicy food and avoid fast food, then we will not suffer from heartburn.
Make it a daily routine to exercise before and after meals. Fresh air in the morning plays a very important role in reducing the acidity of the chest, so exercise is very important.
*And if we follow all these instructions, I think we can never suffer from heartburn as it is often said that prevention is better than cure."
