AIDS as we know is a deadly disease and it has taken millions of lives since it appeared over 30 years ago, even with all the effort that has been made by all medical professionals to find a cure to it, yet to no avail.

What do you know about AIDS causes?

AIDS simply meansAcquire Immunodeficiency Syndrome. AIDS is caused by another virus called HIV which is Human Immunodeficiency Virus, this virus attack the body system and make it weaker and destroy the CD4 cells in our body.

AIDS can be caused by so many ways, we are:

• Aids can be caused through unprotected sexual intercourse with a person who is already infected with AIDS.

• AIDS can be caused by sharing sharp objects like razor, clippers used by an infected person.

• AIDS can be caused by mother to child through child birth and breastfeeding.

• AIDS is caused by using the same syringe with an infected person to inject other person.

The most common way AIDS is been spread is through sexual intercourse, so in this medium I advice condom should be used whenever one plans on having sex either with their partner or with a stranger, so that it will reduce the risk of contacting the virus.

Avoid sharing of sharp objects like razor, needles, scissors and even with clippers among friends and family members, you might think you trust your friends or your family but you can't tell. So try and get yourself this personal items to avoid story that touches the heart.

Let's be watchful when we are in the hospital for any kind of medical treatment or blood transfusion or so, be sure to notice that the syringe use on you hasn't been used before on another person before. Like in the place of blood transfusion, let the medical team screen the blood and know it's free of virus before proceeding to infused into someone.

Conclusion

AIDS doesn't show on people's face, so we should get ourselves tested inorder to know our status if we are free or no. If you're infected don't be scared you can still leave normally with the help of taking Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) with this medicine you can manage your lifespan.
