INTRODUCTION

Have you ever been in a circumstances where by someone fainted in your present? What happened next? how do they revive the person. Sometimes it's very important to know what to do in emergency that's why in every activities, the must consider safety first with safety equipment like first aid box.

It's a pleasure being here today to participate in this amazing contest title medical emergency. A round of applause to @khursheedanwar for this life-saving topic.

In today's contest we'll learn about medical emergency, emergency procedures, how we can make use of emergency procedures and important of having a physical implementation of medical emergency to someone.

Medical emergencies is a situations like from injuries and illnesses to heart attacks and strokes. It's can be when someone is not breathing or When some is injured. when we find someone who need medical emergency, we need to assess the situation and call 911 or nearest hospital if it necessary.

If I find myself in a situation with someone who need the medical emergency, I should try as much as possible to keep the person calm and comfortable as well as providing first aid until emergency help arrives.

Now this 3 emergency procedures is very important to all of us to know because it can save a life. So it's necessary to all of us to understand this procedures. I'll start with:

CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION(CPR)

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation or what we know as CPR. this procedures is used to restore circulation and breathing if someone has stopped breathing or when the heart is no longer beating. CPR is an emergency procedure that everyone should learn and its necessary to know how to applied it.

HEIMLICH MANEUVER

• Heimlich Maneuver: This particular one is a first aid procedure used to clear the airway of a person who is choking and it is applied by using a series of abdominal thrusts to dislodge the object that is blocking the airway.

TOURNIQUET

how Tourniquet is perform

• Tourniquet: This one is very common because it's use to control bleeding of blood. So tourniquet is device used to control bleeding from the wound by applying pressure to the affected area. It helps to prevent excessive blood loss.

I have not applied emergency procedures on anybody before but, I have witnessed a situation like that. I have been watching it on movie too. Honestly, I didn't know much about the emergency procedures untill when I was writing this contest. I have learnt a lot from this contest and from #healthy-steem community as well.

Do you know why it important to have a knowledge of practical implementation of medical emergency on someone? it's because:

• Being able to recognize a medical emergency can help you get the person the care they need as quickly as possible.

• Knowing how to respond to a medical emergency can help you keep the person calm and comfortable, which is very important for their well-being.

• Knowing how to apply first aid can help you to prevent further injury or illness.

• Having this knowledge can give you peace of mind, knowing that you can help someone in a time of need.

CONCLUSION

Knowing what to do in an emergency can help us keep someone calm and safe, potentially preventing further injury or illness. So should always prepared, just in case.
