At this age, people feel very helpless, and it is believed that at this age, people lose many important people and things in their lives and go through this stage.

Instead of being stress free, it is more stressful. Excessive anger, hyper tension, hyper sensitivity, dementia, blood pressure, high glucose level etc. are affected. As a result of physical ailments and mental stress, they fall ill quickly. A person over 60 years of age must undergo medical treatment and consult a specialist doctor. Regular intake of medication, adequate rest, sleep and healthy diet are essential.

Hola amigo @memamun, todos los días vamos envejeciendo, desde llegamos al mundo y en todo el proceso de la vida siempre vamos hacernos mas viejos. Lo que debemos es retardar que el cuero deje de funcionar y que nos mantengamos con vitalidad en ese proceso. Saludos.

A los 60 ya estamos muriendo , creo la mala alimentación y el mal vivir que muchos llevan y después de la pandemia nuestra vida también cambió 😒
